The service you get from Madison- Rae is absolutely brilliant. Very friendly and they take their time talking through what you want from your hair appointment. Love having my hair washed as it is so relaxing with a head massage, you nearly fall asleep ?

I really enjoy going to the salon. All the girls are so friendly and welcoming. Emily, as well as being an excellent stylist is so easy to chat to and has an amazing memory. I was on my way to Bristol Parkway, sick of Motorway delays, one way or another hectic life hair in a mess. Blonde Wig ontop of dark discoloured hair. Desperate to find hairdresser that could colour properly and look after me empathically. Nadine booked me in kept in contact had my appointment suggested what could be done and did it, Charlotte blew more life into it , and felt able to leave with confidence with the wig can’t say fairer than that!!

Well this has to be the best salon I have ever been to , but what makes a great salon are the stylist and the two stylists I have is Caroline she does my cut and colour and Charlotte who did my wedding hair what a professional pair of ladies they are , thank you you are both amazing ?

Sheryl is not only a fantastic stylist, but a very good listener! She always makes me feel very welcome and “special”, whether i’m just having a cut and blow dry, or a colour aswell.

As usual the staff at Madison Rae were so helpful and attentive to my mum. At 94 years of age she struggles to keep her hair tidy but they provide such a kind and supportive experience for her. Thanks as always.

Sheryl has been styling my hair for many years now. She is very professional, personable and a great hair stylist. On arrival I am always offered a drink of my choice (coffee chocolate tea etc...) with a foil wrapped chocolate!
I've never had to wait on my appointments (only when I'm early!!) and the staff are always helpful and chatty.
An excellent salon...I would recommend them to anyone.

I've been having my hair done by Emily for the last couple of years and each time she is professional, knowledgeable and gives the best advice in regards what is suited and realistic. All the other staff are great, friendly and always helpful.

Look forward to going to the salon for a number of reasons. Ultimately, a great cut and occasional colour but also the whole experience. Staff always so friendly and Ella is brilliant !

Great stylist. Gave a few suggestions for a new style with my hair type today instead of my having to rely on magazines for ideas that may. It be suitable for hair/face. Very helpful. . Quick and efficient but Caroline also takes care of her clients at the same time. Would definitely recommend.

Great result as usual, Caroline has been doing my hair for many years and takes her time to listen to my requests, she is friendly and remembers past conversations so you feel your talking to a friend who cares, she updates me on new products and changes to the salon so I feel well informed. My 2nd visit Madison Rae. My stylist Emily is friendly and she is an excellent stylist. My hair looked lovely after she cut it. It is a special treat for me to come into the salon to have my hair done. I had a nice cappuccino while I was having my hair cut . Pleasant and friendly salon.
