Excellent colour, cut and style with Georgina today. It’s so relaxing and reassuring to have someone so knowledgeable in colouring and styling hair coupled with good communication skills. Visits to the salon are always a pleasure.

I usually am with Georgie but it was a last minute appointment with Anna - I'm really happy with my cut, as per usual! And she listened to how I style my hair everyday to tailor my cut :) as always the atmosphere in the salon is so relaxed and inclusive, it's like catching up with friends for an hour

Gem is always so friendly and energetic. She always listens to exactly what I ask for and as I'm quite fussy due to previous bad experiences at other salons, she always takes the time to talk through what she is doing as she goes along. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Gemma

I love it!!!! I was so upset about my damaged hair but Georgina saved my dead seaweed hair!!!!!!!!!! Love the whole salon interior design as well. Only comment that the wash basin is a bit uncomfortable 😅. Other than that I loved the services. Especially with the hair dye. Have not gotten my hair done better bc of how much hair I have on my scalp. A lot of salons miss out or overcharge me because I have more hair

Despite being an apprentice, Isabelle cut my hair so well and put in the perfect amount of layers. For years I’ve been dissatisfied with my hair cuts from other salons but I came out of Hobbs so happy. I’ll definitely be going back to Isabelle next time I need a haircut.

Excellent-always made to feel valued and nothing is taken for granted. There is a lot of talent in the salon and it was nice to see some ah hoc training going on, in addition to the more formalised training that takes place.

All the staff make you feel good from the moment you walk in the door. Everyone is friendly, polite and smiley. My stylist Gemma is a star. Always happy and very professional. Always happy to give good advice when needed. I always get a top class cut here. Gemma and the team go above and beyond and never let you down. I have been coming to this salon for 20 plus years now, simply because Hobbs is the best in bristol. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Garry

I recently had a haircut here, it was great. They sorted me out with a drink and then I was taken into this cavern where they washed my hair, and then they cut it very nicely. I thought it was very reasonably priced for Bristol. I’ll be going back.
