I had my hair cut and coloured by Emily and am so pleased. She was so friendly and I’m really happy with it. Already want to go lighter and can’t wait to come back again. Will definitely recommend to everyone!

Emmy and Jerica are fantastic hair stylists, they’re welcoming, fun to talk to and make our experience whenever we come so enjoyable. Emmy is so lovely and courteous and we always look forward to coming every time we get our hair done!

Lovely salon and lovely stylist. I’m happy with my haircut, just really disappointed that I was told to book by an employee with her over the phone to ensure I could use my student discount. She booked me in for Saturday morning and it wasn’t until I went to pay that I was told that student discount isn’t valid on Saturday or on the type of cut I had. This was really embarrassing because I made sure before hand that I could redeem the discount and it wasn’t until I paid I was told I couldn’t and the member of staff made no concession for your employee’s mistake. I understand it was a mistake to tell me to book with her so I could obtain the discount, however as a student to be told last minute that I can’t is very costly and makes a big difference to my finances. The issue wasn’t rectified and I’ve been left feeling out of pocket and disappointed.

The salon was clean and very well decorated, the staff were so friendly and polite, especially Jerica, who gave me an amazing cut and blow dry! I felt very welcomed and loved the service! Student discount too! Will definitely be returning!

My haircut was very professionally done and I felt safe throughout it, with my hairdresser following all of the covid regulations perfectly. I hadn't had my haircut for months but she made me feel at ease and I feel a lot better for having had it cut. It was a great finish and I intend to go there again!

I went to have a full head colour after months of regrowth and dryness and Rebecca effortlessly made it look super shiny and the colour is great!! She even remembered the colour I had from December! (Which took a while to choose). Really friendly and professional, and felt so safe in the salon too (everything is cleaned down beforehand, visors are worn and they limit the amount of people inside at any one time. This is now going to become my regular hairdressers! So glad you're back open!

Emmy gave me my first proper post lockdown haircut. She had a lot to do, and I was so pleased with the results. I was unsure what suited me, but wanted to go short. I have a chubby face and I'm getting on a bit but she reassured me and gave me a cut that really suited me. Highly recommended

Rebecca did my hair exactly as I asked, with my full-head of highlights being golden blonde and warm ready for summer. I haven’t been to any other hairdressers since moving to Bristol as Casa Pelo are good quality and super friendly whilst never charging silly prices. They also use natural hair products that make your hair feel lovely!

So happy with the balayage Emmy did for me! She helped me decide what was best for my hair and listened to what I wanted. I haven't had my hair coloured professionally in over 10 years so I was a little nervous, but she did an amazing job. Also she was lovely to chat to and very friendly.
