Broad Street Nailsea

Thoroughly enjoyed my salon experience today. Tash looked after me wonderfully and her head massage is amazing!

I’ve never had a bad experience at Broad Street in Nailsea. The staff have been very helpful since reopening after lockdown and the salon kept us updated regularly by email with useful information. When at the salon everyone is friendly and your style needs and wants are always listened to with competitive pricing. I’d always recommend Broad Street.

Arrived usual and was coronavirus checked and hair was cut. Despite wearing masks, my hair was superbly well cut and looks brilliant. Place was very clean and gave me confidence that I was in safe environment. Thanks to Chloe and everyone in the team.

Missing the glossy mags and cup of coffee whilst visiting but realise this is due covid restrictions.

Always a warm welcome from all staff even during these challenges with Covid .. good measures in place for cleaning and keeping you safe during your visit.

I have very frizzy coarse hair and have struggled over the years to get my hair to look great , but I have been coming for a weekly blow dry with Emily at the Nailsea salon for over a year now , so it looks amazing . She suggested a Brazilian blow dry to see if it could improve the co dition and eliminate the frizz . Well I cannot tell you , it’s AMAZING!! I have the hair I’ve always wanted , thank you so much Em , I’ve got swishy hair!!!

I had my hair done by Chloe today who is super friendly and I wasn’t 100% sure with the colour I was going for as I’ve never been blonde before. She was so confident in helping choose a shade and never doubted that it would look amazing. She made sure I left the salon feeling amazing with my new hair, freshly coloured, cut and styled! Couldn’t recommend the salon and Chloe more.

I was quite excited after all this time to go and get my hair cut. It was lovely to see Simone. As usual she did a lovely cut. But the disappointment was having to wear a mask even though you don't have to at the hairdressers. Then the bill of £35 for a wash, cut and a rough blow dry. So I had to go home and style myself. I hope your policy will be changed for my next visit. If not I will be looking to go elsewhere.

I had long hair and asked to have it cut to shoulder length. It was cut much shorter and looks terrible. Not very happy to be honest.

I thought that it was a very good hairdresser and would reccomend to anyone looking for friendly service good hair cuts and a very good approach to Corona regulations

Nice to see Simon after so long, good to get back to some sense of normality.

Excellent. So good to be back and felt completely safe and at ease.

Despite the challenging circumstances, including a change of salon, Simone is once again providing her usual skilled, friendly, efficient and professional service.

Really amazing ! Felt comfortable and safe. Lots of things put in place due to covid 19. And of course so happy with my haircut !!!

This was my first visit to this salon. The lovely staff are cheerful, friendly and professional. The covid19 safety procedures that are in place make the client feel very safe indeed. A huge THANK YOU to Emily for a great cut and for making my first visit special. I highly recommend this salon !

Wonderful. Came out feeling great! First time in months. I could see a lot of work had gone on before they reopened & lots of cleaning/disinfecting etc going on, which was reassuring. So well done.

A warm greeting and a good catch up. Wonderful to have hair cut after so long. My husband thought it was well worth the cost, which I think says it all!

After months of closure, the Backwell branch is temporarily working out of the Nailsea branch...and I am so pleased to say that today, my first visit since lockdown, I found the staff to be friendly and efficient and they provided a service that was just as good as it's always been.
They adapted to the extra hygiene measures extremely well and I felt safe within the environment.
