Staff are friendly, salon is always clean and tidy. Have been with Simone for ages and I always get a really good cut. She knows what I like and always delivers a great service.

I had a great experience today at Broad St. Nailsea. Was greeted immediately by Emily who was happy and welcoming. My appointment happened within time without feeling rushed and I left with exactly the haircut I'd asked for. Thank you!

Gemma is an asset to your business and I would not want to see anyone else she is friendly , chatty and great at her job.
The other colleagues are also very friendly.
Dealing well with Covid safety but I do not agree to having to pay an extra £2.50 for PPE as this amounts to a plastic gown and a squirt of hand sanitizer. I provided my own face covering apart ftom that a good visit and I look forward to my next appointment

We had our appointments today on the first day back after the latest shut down and omg we felt SOOO safe, so welcomed it was an absolute pleasure and Chloe AS ALWAYS cut my hair perfectly and permed my mums perfectly and we cannot recommend highly enough. The new addition salon with the basin downstairs is a godsend and looks AMAZING!

I saw Emily at the Nailsea salon for a second time and once again the service and care she provided was amazing. She takes time to listen and to carefully do her best to achieve the desired effect that I want. Even on a very busy evening before lockdown, she was able to do her very best ! I am very happy I have found Emily and I look forward to seeing her again at the middle of December !

I’ve recently been on a hair journey from dark brown/black/copper to blonde! Chloe in the Nailsea branch has been super lovely and has done my hair 3 times over the past 3-4 months and each time the service has been amazing. Hopefully I’m at the end of the process now as I absolutely love the colour! She is fab at what she does and I always trust her 100% to make my hair look lovely. She also has so much patience to make it perfect and does everything she can to make sure I leave happy! All the staff in the Nailsea branch are lovely too. :)
