First time with Rachel and she was lovely and chatty. The nails arent bad either lol!!

I have just enjoyed a very pleasant pedicure, the best I have had for quite some time.... And my eyebrows look lovely, and a very nice shape ?
I didn't catch the ladies name but she was tall with glasses and blonde hair tied back,, thank you ?

Always a relaxed, as pain free as possible experience. Lucy is great, helps you relax and enjoy some chat while taking your mind of the waxing.

Really good quality nails, pain free! Will start coming here in future as other salons have disappointed me!

Good salon. Very polite and professional therapist who put me at ease but unfortunately they’ve changed to “express tan” and the colour did not develop nearly as well as the previous spray tans I’ve had done there. A very disappointing result - I still look very pale but am £20 poorer!

Excellent service yet again!! Love this salon it's like catching up with friends every few weeks while being pampered.

I was greeted on arrival at the salon and taken immediately to a side room., A pillow was provide for my head and I was asked about colour. I asked about the longevity of the tint and suggestions were given. Overall I am very satisfied.

Lucy and Gemma were very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.
I am a big lady and I feel very relaxed and comfortable in this salon. I have had bad experiences in other salons but Beauty Box, Yate is FABULOUS, putting me at ease and giving me/us a very enjoyable first experience of a pedicure. I will be going back.

Mel is excellent nail technician. Really happy with my new nails.

Although I hadn’t made an appointment, I was seen immediately and had an eyebrow waxing. I also asked about eyebrow colour.,I was given a patch test and will wait a couple of days to see if there is a reaction, before proceding.

Melissa gave me a great eyebrow wax, was nice & quick, didn’t take too much off and shaped them perfectly! 100% recommend.

Fabulous nails very pleased

Had a semilac manicure removed. The polish was taken off and I thought my nails might have been tidied up - buffed and shaped - but they weren't. Admittedly this is the first time I've had that done so maybe I was expecting too much.

Mija who done my leg wax was lovely friendly and made me feel comfortable & welcome and did an amazing job of my legs I felt I was in expert hands would strongly recomend her & will be going back to her regularly from now on

I booked with ally but it wasn’t her who did my eyebrow wax (not sure of name of lady who did it) but she got wax in my hair which caused a really painful knot to get out. Also got wax over my eyelid (quite far from my eyebrow) and has now caused it to become irritated and sore because she waxed it off.

As always.....my nails are amazing! Always so friendly in there and I would never go anywhere else! ?
