Very disappointed despite two consultations with senior staff regarding colour as a new customer. The staff member used to wrong toner on my hair. I was devastated. Let in tears. Seniors were consulted and denied any wrong doing. But took £20 off (the toner) an over £200 bill. Poor service

Just got my haircut at Zappas and I’m genuinely happy with the experience.
I usually find the hair wash part uncomfortable due to neck pain, but this time it was completely different — gentle, supportive, and surprisingly relaxing. The head massage was such a thoughtful and welcome bonus.
Chloe was fantastic with my haircut — she really understood what I was going for, offered a few great suggestions, and delivered exactly the look I wanted. I walked out feeling refreshed and super happy with the result.

Chloe and her team did an amazing jobs looking after my 7 year old daughter who has sensory issues with loud noises.
