I really can’t recommend this salon enough. The service, expertise and genuine care from everyone makes every visit such a lovely experience and it’s honestly something I always look forward to.
My latest visit was amazing. Anesta coloured my hair, taking it from layers of balayage to a much healthier, beautiful dark colour. Stephen was also so involved throughout, helping with my blow-dry, giving his expert advice and taking a genuine interest in the colours I had chosen. It really made me feel that they cared about getting the result just right for me.
Anesta is also incredible with blow-drys. She always leaves my hair looking amazing, with the curls lasting a whole week! I was so impressed with how well they held.
Stephen and Anesta were both so accommodating and made sure I left the salon absolutely loving my hair.
It really is 5-star service and I genuinely look forward to my treatments here. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

A good colour by Tia but the most annoying thing as a customer is you book a it’s a consultant and someone else then comes and dries your hair. These prices at Zappas have reached an extortionate price. It’s a real shame because I love the salon but feel like you are paying £100 over the odds compared to other very good salons in Wokingham. Unfortunately I won’t be able to return to your salon due to your pricing now.

I had a lovely experience having my hair done here. Kiran was so welcoming and chatty. She took time to understand what I wanted to do with my hair and I trusted her to do as she felt was best. She was very helpful telling me tips on how to care for my hair now that it had been bleached. My hair looks amazing and I am so happy with it. Kiran really made the experience so lovely. I am glad to have a chance to leave a review - something did sit badly with me.
I was shown to my seat in a very cursory manner - the young lady obviously did not think I was worth any niceties, and I was not offered a drink. I observed that everyone who came in after me was offered a drink straightaway. This kind of thing is REALLY noticed by a client - why was I somehow not worth the usual courtesies?

I had very dry, hay-like hair and wanted a good trim and some styling, but I wasn’t really sure what style would suit me. I decided to give Zappas a try, and I’m so glad I did!

Really lovely stylist, she listened to what I wanted and together, we decided how to get the style I wanted. I've wanted a particular style and the last 3 salons all got it wrong (none were Zappa's salons)
