I had a lovely experience having my hair done here. Kiran was so welcoming and chatty. She took time to understand what I wanted to do with my hair and I trusted her to do as she felt was best. She was very helpful telling me tips on how to care for my hair now that it had been bleached. My hair looks amazing and I am so happy with it. Kiran really made the experience so lovely. I am glad to have a chance to leave a review - something did sit badly with me.
I was shown to my seat in a very cursory manner - the young lady obviously did not think I was worth any niceties, and I was not offered a drink. I observed that everyone who came in after me was offered a drink straightaway. This kind of thing is REALLY noticed by a client - why was I somehow not worth the usual courtesies?

Called on the off chance some one was available to cut and braid my 6 year old granddaughter’s hair. On entry to Zappas, I am attended to immediately. I'm taken to my chair and Kristy comes over to see what I want in the way of a hair cut. She advises me, asks how much I want cut off, and proceeds to wash, cut, and dry my hair. I always come away feeling wonderful.
