The perfect length just past shoulder length with soft layers that add great movement and shape—perfectly styled and easy to manage. The last time I came I was blown away by the service but this time it was a little disappointing. I booked Jasmine who handed me over to Millie for some unknown reason but that was fine, Millie was great. My other gripe was I could see all customers around me sitting with a nice coffee, or some fizz but I wasn’t offered anything - I had to ask the hairdresser next to me. I wasn’t offered anything to read - I was just left with my colour on which was a shame.
Had such a great experience today! He completely transformed my hair, it feels so much lighter, healthier, and the style looks amazing. he really listened to what I wanted and made it even better than I imagined. I left feeling so confident and refreshed. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a fresh new look!

Again another great appointment from entering to be greeted by a receptionist. Jacket taken cape put on and directed to a chair. A short talk with Ellie about how I wanted my hair cut then taken by (sorry cannot remember her name) to have my hair washed. Great chairs with a back massage and hair wash ended with a head massage. Throughly relaxing. Back to Ellie she is a great dedicated professional hairdresser and I would recommend her to old and young clients.

It’s no surprise to me that clients come from far afield as Cornwall and Eastbourne to have their hair done at Zappas.
They provide an amazing service and I have always been more than satisfied in the 30 /40 years that I have frequented their saloons.
What is unique about them is the training that they provide which ensures a consistently of approach & excellent customer care no matter who the stylist!
Indeed they would never undertake a task unless it enhances the client.
E.g. I wanted to colour my hair having gone grey.
Jess & Sophie could not make me see sense and involved the head of training, Tina, and the owner Steve who made alternative suggestions during a meeting with me. They empowered me to make a final decision addressing pros and cons and finally I relented.
Now I love the result which makes me feel 20 years younger and costs a fraction of the price of maintaining dyed hair.
They operate with integrity, dignity and decorum.
I would never consider anyone but Zappas staff to do my hair!
The quality of care is unique to Zappa because the training and development curriculum emphasis a customer centric ethos.
One always feels welcome from the minute you enter the premises & the staff are extremely hospitable and well mannered. They are exceptional ambassadors for the Zappa brand!
