The last time I came I was blown away by the service but this time it was a little disappointing. I booked Jasmine who handed me over to Millie for some unknown reason but that was fine, Millie was great. My other gripe was I could see all customers around me sitting with a nice coffee, or some fizz but I wasnât offered anything - I had to ask the hairdresser next to me. I wasnât offered anything to read - I was just left with my colour on which was a shame.
Had such a great experience today! He completely transformed my hair, it feels so much lighter, healthier, and the style looks amazing. he really listened to what I wanted and made it even better than I imagined. I left feeling so confident and refreshed. Highly recommend him if youâre looking for a fresh new look!

Again another great appointment from entering to be greeted by a receptionist. Jacket taken cape put on and directed to a chair. A short talk with Ellie about how I wanted my hair cut then taken by (sorry cannot remember her name) to have my hair washed. Great chairs with a back massage and hair wash ended with a head massage. Throughly relaxing. Back to Ellie she is a great dedicated professional hairdresser and I would recommend her to old and young clients.
