Chloe and her team did an amazing jobs looking after my 7 year old daughter who has sensory issues with loud noises. They reassure her that they’d only do a brush, straighten and cut and not a wash and blow dry. (Which upsets her) came in crying, walked out smiling with a lollipop! I had the most wonderful experience at Zappas with Tara. I only went there to have a trim. Tara took so much time and showed so much interest in me and my expectations regarding my hair. She made suggestions as to how I could put it up wear it down. I have been growing my hair since June. Tara was friendly and joyful. I felt as though she was really interested in what I wanted. Considering it was just a trim she took a lot of time. My hair was cut beautifully and looks exactly as I wanted. I was given 2 cappuccino s. Over all it was a lovely morning.

Ellie is such a lovely stylist. She always takes the time to chat about how my hair is doing and what we’d like to achieve, and I really value her advice on products and care. Every appointment feels relaxed and friendly, and I always leave so pleased with the result. You can tell she genuinely cares, and that makes all the difference.
Great first cut and blow dry today with Kiran after my previous stylist has left. Kiran gave some good advice regarding what products to use and also about hair colour.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jake is fantastic I trust him to know and recommend what’s good for my hair. He is friendly, personable, and attentive and always makes like you feel your his only client in the room. Reception team at Beanoak are brilliant, nothing’s ever too much trouble. You don’t just get your hair done at Zappas, it’s a few hours of pamper.
As always a brilliant service, staff are attentive and friendly. Jake is brilliant and I always feel at ease, as he always makes my hair look amazing and does exactly what I want.
