Ellie is such a lovely stylist. She always takes the time to chat about how my hair is doing and what we’d like to achieve, and I really value her advice on products and care. Every appointment feels relaxed and friendly, and I always leave so pleased with the result. You can tell she genuinely cares, and that makes all the difference.

Great first cut and blow dry today with Kiran after my previous stylist has left. Kiran gave some good advice regarding what products to use and also about hair colour.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jake is fantastic I trust him to know and recommend what’s good for my hair. He is friendly, personable, and attentive and always makes like you feel your his only client in the room. Reception team at Beanoak are brilliant, nothing’s ever too much trouble. You don’t just get your hair done at Zappas, it’s a few hours of pamper.

As always a brilliant service, staff are attentive and friendly. Jake is brilliant and I always feel at ease, as he always makes my hair look amazing and does exactly what I want.

Wonderful service as usual, Tia very professional. Unfortunately I can't get your app on my phone to keep track of loyalty stamps, so have to rely on it being sorted manually. I believe I received my fifth stamp this time , which doesn't seem right as I've visited more than 5 times.

Having had my hair done for many years by a mobile hairdresser, Zappers was recommended as seen on insta. Chloe was my stylist and from
the consultation to the cut she was very reassuring and professional. I left the salon happy and my hair looking lovely. Thank you. I did just want to mention the lovely girl that washed my hair, so friendly and very relaxing.

Amazing service and fantastic haircut!

Kiran has been cutting my 14yr son’s hair since she joined Zappas. She styles his mullet perfectly taking every bit of care and attention (and time) to get it spot on every time he comes for a hair cut. He even went on to win the best mullet in Berkshire at the recent young farmers rally! Thank you Kiran!

Lovely experience throughout the salon. Everyone was really friendly, approachable and attentive - the member of staff that washed my hair was really informative about the products and gave a great massage with my hair wash. Kiran was super friendly, she listened closely to what I wanted to have done with my hair and always checked back that what she was doing was what I wanted. She styled it beautifully at the end and was also informative about the products she was using throughout. Lovely experience and will be returning 🙂

Problems with your stylist/therapist Name drop down above but it was Tia who cut and styled my hair yesterday. I’m am as always thrilled with the cut. I always feel that Tia is always listening to me and also importantly getting to know how my hair behaves!
