I met with both Lilly and Karla to discuss a cut and colour. I was particularly nervous about the colour part, as I've never done anything with my hair before, but they were both so kind and patient with me. I felt like they completely understood what I was asking for and that I could put my trust in their professional knowledge and skills to help me achieve the final look. The first part (cut) is done and looks lovely; second part (colour) booked in and can't wait! Thank you so much!

Brilliant!!

We had planned to do a few highlights on my hair , had discussed on previous visits, a hair sample was collected to be tested on before highlights were to be done. During adding the highlights the mix went wrong and they had to wash my hair half way whilst still having half hair of highlights. When all off I was bleach blond and not just a few like discussed. I went from dark brown to blond. They tried to make it better by adding a toner, which did for a couple of days but once I washed my hair a few times I was blond again. A couple of weeks after the hair was just breaking more and more and it was apparent that the highlights had just burned my hair. After weeks of hair masks and wraps etc still looks like straw! Clearly something went wrong with the bleach for the highlights.I don’t think I’ll be back.

Absolutely lovely - listened and advised and was a delight to have work with my hair which needed a good sorting out. Booked in for a colour in 2 days time now to sort the greys out next!

Had a fabulous haircut from Caroline last week. I was due for a good cut and she did exactly that. Would definitely recommend!

First time at Julian's and would definitely recommend. My daughter explained how she wanted her hair cut (not too much off as she likes it long, with some long layers). Lisa made her feel at ease and cut her hair exactly how she wanted it. One happy daughter. Oh and the hot chocolate was a hit too.

The salon is spacious and light. The quality of the cut/blow dry and colour are always good

Perfect she did my hair exactly as I wanted and adjusted it to suit me personally and the design. Even after washing it it’s still just as good as when I left.

Emily is absolutely amazing . Talks through everything with you , makes sure your comfortable and puts you at ease. Second time she has done my hair and I would not go to any one else now . Highly recommended.

What a treat! A really excellent cut and blow dry from Debbie. She was so welcoming and thoughtful. She couldn’t do enough to ensure I was happy with the cut and that it was what I wanted.
