We visited Julians today for a haircut for my 10 year old daughter. Although we were only there for a child's cut the staff treated us as if we were all having the most expensive treatment going! Lovely customer service and a great cut. Thank you.

I've been going to Julian's Newbury for over 5 years now and can't recommend it highly enough. It does great gents cuts and beard trims in a great atmosphere. Lucy always does a great job with my hair, and the other staff provide great service too!

I had decided to dye my hair again after many year and change it to have the balayage style. I booked my appointment online which was easy. I had Sam who was fantastic and has given me a great hairstyle! A very happy customer :))) thank you very much everyone at the salon for such good service!

I made an appointment with Julian'ssalon in Newbury on Saturday 8th July 2917 due to the good ratings online so this was my first visit. I had a senior stylist ***** who was very pleasant. Considering I asked for a layered bob and stressed I prefer lots if layers I am extremely disappointed with the cut and at £49 it should have been a good one. After washing my hair and blow drying it myself it's almost a non existent cut. I will not be going back and would not recommend. I am always happy to pay a decent amount for a good cut but a real waste of money this one has been.

I have been going to this salon for about 17 to 19 years now the staff are always friendly and very helpful to me,getting into and out of the salon is quite difficult for me as i have got more and more ill over the years gone by. Sam took time to listen and go through the colour chart and options. Now have my new balayage short curved bob and love it. Colour is fantastic.

I have been seeing Debbie for many years. She is an experienced stylist, and knows exactly how I like my hair cut and styled,and what best suits me. She is open to new ideas, and offers advise on techniques and products when needed. The tea/coffee/Xmas nibbles etc are always appreciated and a nice touch.
The staff are welcoming, the salon is spacious, airy and spotlessly clean.Keep up the good work!

As usual Debbie has given an excellent service throughout the year and it's a pleasure to have some me time with her. Her work is exemplary and she is ready with advice when needed.

My stylist carried out my colour, cut and blow dry in her usual excellent way - no complaints there at all.

But I was dismayed to hear of the exceptionally high increases set for next year. Of course prices have to go up, but these are ridiculous. I already spend a considerable amount each year and will have to now consider adding a couple of weeks between my appointments.

I am a pensioner and wish my pension would go up in line with these absurd increases ....

I had a relaxing and pampering trip to Julians recently. All the staff were very polite and helpful.It was a very pampering experience, especially the hot towel conditioning treatment and the head massage. A lovely treat in the mad run up to Christmas.

Visited the salon this afternoon and had a cut and colour with Dan. He did a brilliant job, I am so pleased with my hair, it's exactly what I wanted. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend.

Lovely salon with very friendly staff. Lucy is always really helpful and cuts my hair exactly how I want. And there are mint humbugs at reception.
