Music too loud especially hate the type of music played - most customers in salon are over 50 yet music is not age appropriate in my opinion - have thought this for many years

Have my haircut by Natalie or Sam, and it's so lovely to have a choice, with either one doing a fabulous job on someone who is not the best at having regular cuts, taming their hair back into shape. I think our stylist was called Anna. She was very kind and patient with my 3 year old, and made the first hair cut a lovely experience for us both. We would definitely come back for the next cut!

I have been a client of Julian’s salon for a few years now and every stylist has been great, but Sam knew how to handle my hair right from the start! I receive compliments regularly about my hair which is a great moral boost at any age, as well as mine! She’s a pro, and I look forward to my 6 weekly appointments with her.

Sam has been styling my hair for about a year. I'm disable and she is a very caring person. My daughter also had her hair styled by Sam at the same time as me. and she was very happy also.

Excellent service.

Always a bit rubbish with booking, so online system now really helpful, but also means when I arrive hair feels a bit woolly. However, by the time I leave Natalie has always worked her magic and hair looks and feels so much better.
