As always an excellent hair cut, polite and friendly staff.

Fantastic colour as usual

Alarm was going off. No one could turn it off for 1/2 hour. Was late for on going appointment. Haircut was not even. Shabby interiors. No coffee machine or massage/ foot rest working in shampoo area. Likely not to return.

Original hairdresser called in sick so Molly saved the day!

Still didn’t quite cover my pesky greys-we’ll get them next time! Overall a nice salon experience.

My hair cut was done by the new girl called Naomi who is not available on the list of name for the review. I just wanted to say that she was brilliant, done my hair cut exactly as I wanted! She also styled my hair nicely afterwards!

I booked highlights and haircut for my daughter and while I was sitting there. I saw one client waiting and waiting until she left unattended. Another one, treated badly because she arrived on time and the hairdresser wasn't available (not the clients fault whatsoever). A nice gentleman waiting for his shampoo refill the whole time a haircut started and finished was also treated badly. And finally my daughter, she gave feedback that had a baby and she was losing her hair - while they painfully shampooed her, the ripped even more hair. I told the rude hair stylist, to make the highlights look a little bit thicker and the haircut to be a Bob style, she did what she wanted to do and not what she was asked and showed on a picture and replied very defensively.

I have years going to that salon and hardly have issues before. It seems that have a new youngster now managing there or something, with no concept of customer service at all. I wanted to book my appointment for my highlights as usual but I am even afraid go back and do the same they did to my daughter!

Funnily enough, we went to a party and people were commenting similar experiences. Please fix it or people like me that have been loyal customers, will find another place to get my hair done!

What a fantastic lady Sallyann is, really lovely & really listened to my requirements. She's clearly passionate about her work & provided an excellent experience.
However, although I was really please with my haircut (which incidentally is easy to maintain so far after 1 week!) sadly no one has complemented it, & my family don't like it at all! Big shame!
The girl who shampooed my hair gave a wonderful massage- was really friendly too!
I find T&G a bit too pricey, but worth splashing out for a special treat!

I am very happy with my hair, colour is good and the wash and massage excellent but the reception counter has been replaced with a table and chairs plus a computer. When I entered I could not see anyone until I saw a girl sitting down hidden by the computer. My jacket/coat was initial hung on a coat stand until I asked for it to be given back and then was asked did i want it put in the cupboard. Kim was good as usually, hair washing and massage excellent. On leaving the dining room table was a mess, full of folders, books and a training wig not exactly what one should expect paying over £100.00. There was a guy painting the walls not a good impression. In fact if it was not for the service and colour I received from Kim today I would be thinking about using a different salon. Normally you are greeted by the standing reception, your outer clothing is put into a secure unit with your shopping and the saloon is smart with beautiful flowers today it looked like a bomb had exploded. Staff sitting at the table with paperwork-not what you expect from a Toni & Guy salon. I have my hair done every 6 weeks and as a senior I look forward to this treat, today I was unimpressed

The haircut was great! Girl really knew what she was doing and honestly suggested what I needed. (More length off than I probably wanted, but it was for the best. So many dead ends... I didn’t tell her but I recently quit hairdressing after 12 years)
The salon itself wasn’t really the experience I had thought I’d have at Toni and guy. The girls (including my hairstylist) shared something funny from one of the girls phone, isolating me. My stylist didn’t talk to me very much, and when she did she was only trying to upsell. The shampoo-ist was new and learning and did a really nice job. But when the girl had said to my stylist that maybe the water was too hot, the stylist said, nah it’s fine. Shouldn’t the stylist advised the shampoo-ist to ask me if it was too hot? Maybe just personal opinion. But overall not the worst experience, but not the best either. Average

Sallyann is truly exceptional at what she does within her salon business. She always asks how things have been with your hair since your last visit, anything you liked or that didn't work or you nay want to try. She's willing to discuss changes or prospective changes you may have in mind or make relevent suggestions. All done with grace, tact, and honesty rolled into one. She does a bloody great hair cut too!

Sally Ann is a wonderful hairdresser. She takes the time to understand her clients needs and create a style to fit with lifestyle. She was fantastic at helping me to keep my hair when I was loosing it due to chemo. She went out of her way to make me feel so much better about myself. I would recommend anyone to seek ou Sally Ann

Lovely friendly staff and excellent haircut truly professional.What an earth has happened to the Reception area? It used to have a professional look, now with a round table and chairs it looks really tacky, thought I had walked into the wrong salon and then thought maybe it was a temporary measure!! Bring back the previous professional look.

I saw a notice in the window and I popped in .I was greeted by a young and very nice girl and I was offered sn appointment same week.My stylist was Danielle al though I was told that she was training/ i found her very good and she was approachable, politie and friendly.and explained every step what she was doing.I would definitely go back and ask for Danielle

Very bland and bazaar entrance/reception desk. Had to wait for someone to come greet me as no one at desk. Receptionist? Does not feel like s branded salon. No real theme. Wires and sticky tape... sloppy. Really doesn’t have a professional feel anymore. Have moved elsewhere for cut!

Awful entrance table. Trying to be modern - not working here. Wires with sticky tape - really?!? Health and safety?
Noticed some staff very relaxed and familiar with clients, lost the professionalism.
Very happy with hair colour and Kim’s experience and advice which is why I return. Moved elsewhere for cut.
