I’ve been going to Tony & Guy Maidnehead for 3 sessions now.

The team there are all wonderful with focused on the customer experience. I love the quirky atmosphere and how receptive each team member is willing to make me feel comfortable.

Tony & Guy is more then a haircut, it’s the customer experience and they listen.

Dani is a great stylist, friendly and chatty. I get quite a short haircut, not usual for women of my age, and she doesn't flinch when I ask for it like others have done in the past, never tries to go longer but just goes for what I ask for! Much appreciated!

Great colour and haircut

Dora is wonderful, she listens to what you want and always delivers. I am always happy with the cut and colour. On top of this, Dora is a really lovely person and easy to talk to. I'm so lucky to have found her!

Dora is an excellent technician she always does my hair perfectly the only problem was the music was so loud you had to shout to be heard

Danielle is brilliant, listens to what you want and does a great job. So happy with my hair the last 2 cuts. Plus she is just so lovely too!

I have been a client at T & G for a few years ( with the odd appointment at other salons who had a good promotion) but always returned to them. Today I was informed by normal technician, Kimberley, had left which I was not surprised as she has not been happy at the salon though I would have liked to have been informed of this before arriving. The technician who coloured my hair today was good no problems with him or his skill. The problem I had was a lack of customer care. My hair was washed, I was told i needed a toner in all the years of having my hair highlighted never have I had a toner so I refused this extra cost. I then returned to my chair and left. The junior who washed my hair had something more important to do. The technician then came over after a while looked at my hair and asked how it was, which was difficult was still wet. He then left me, the junior who washed my hair returned to the reception area and no one came to me to dry my hair. So with that I asked for my coat, paid my bill and walked out of the salon with wet hair. In all the years of having my hair done (40 odd years) I have never been treated with such indifference by a salon. The blame is purely down to management. There use to be a super receptionist who welcomed you, took your coat, made you feel you were valued now you are lucky to have your coat put away, the technician had to find a gown for me, where has the customer service gone. Fortunately for me there are at least 8 other hairdressers in Maidenhead town who I can go to who I am sure will be happy to take my money and who have a manager who knows how to operate a salon who appreciates their clients and possibly their staff. Please note the technician I had today was not Kimberley who has left even though name is mentioned. I Do not know the name of the technician who was good.

Lovely and friendly, very helpful, suggested different options of hair colour and showed colour chart. Would definitely recommend her.

Usually I enjoy my regular visit to the salon and have really appreciated the professional standards offered by Kim, Mollie and Gemma. Recent changes to daft teapots and China cups and the change in decor have been accepted, albeit with some scepticism. It's certainly not the usual Toni and Guy model. But tonight, as temperatures dropped outside, I was frozen through by the end of my appointment. Can you please just imagine how the staff were feeling?!!

Gemma is superb. She really understands my hair & shapes, styles & cuts it in a way that compliments me. It’s always beautifully done. I wouldn’t want anyone else to cut my hair!

Have been going to this salon for over 10 years and it’s a brilliant experience every time! Most recently I decided to take the plunge and lose my hair dye virginity with some highlights. A huge thank you to Krissy, Sally Ann and Calista for doing such an amazing job on the cut and colour. Was super happy with the final result and definitely glad I decided to go with the change.

I love this salon. Sallyann has been cutting my hair for years and I honestly wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else. Loved the complimentary proper coffee, biscuits, fruit and Buck’s Fizz. Welcoming atmosphere, buzzy yet cozy environment but that’s all icing - the fabulous haircut makes me fiercely loyal.

Had a fantastic hair cut it was exactly how I wanted it. Lovely experience everyone was lovely really enjoyed having my hair washed whilst sitting in a massage chair

She was great. I went in to see if there was any available appointments and she made room for me. During the appointment itself I was asking her for ideas further to the two Pinterest images I showed. She came up with some extra touches that I loved. She was great, very knowledgeable and pleasingly experimental as that's what I wanted from her. She understood what I wanted. When I want another restyle I will go back to her ????

T&G fit me in yesterday as I was having a hair crisis which was really really getting me down. Poor Daniel dealt with me brilliantly as I was really distressed and worked with me to find a solution (not the first time she has saved me)- I left beaming and still smiling when I see my hair cut- I feel beautiful again. She was so professional and gave me a brilliant cut- so happy and grateful! Thank you so much Daniellle ????

The service succeeded my expectations, I got exactly what I asked for and I love it!

Kim my colourist always gives honest advice upon my hair colour and we always have a discussion about what I require and what she thinks will work for me. Staff are welcoming, chatty and friendly. The salon is bright, clean and comfortable. I was offered coffee/tea/water/fruit from a lovely basket and packets of little brownies/biscuits and a glass of Prosecco. A pile of mixed magazines arrived for me. My wash, massage and treatment was perfect. Colour, as always is lovely. My hairdresser came before the colour started and we discussed what I would like and again, she advised how best to treat my curly hair. She then did a beautiful curl dry which I had not had before and I love so much I am coming back next Tuesday to have another before I go out for the evening. When I came to pay, I had a £36 discount from my loyalty card .... can’t fault my experience.
