Really nice first experience here with Lauren. I selected her because her description said she liked to work with natural textures of hair. As someone who doesn't want to spend much time on their hair, I was very grateful that Lauren listened to my feelings and gave good advice based on them. Although my appointment started late, I didn't feel rushed at all and Lauren took a lot of time finishing my cut. The reception, hair washing and tea making staff were all really friendly too!

Lauren understood that really well and gave lots of advice. Although my appointment was late to start, I didn't feel at all rushed at the end and was really impressed with Lauren's attention to detail and lovely manner. The reception, hair washing and tea making staff were also super friendly.

Shannon was really welcoming and chatty! She took her time with my cut and made me feel very comfortable with what she was doing. Very pleased with the outcome.

I love having my hair cut with Nikki - it’s a chance to relax and feel like I have had a coffee with an old friend and a therapy session all in one. Nikki seems to cut my hair and yet I have more lovely locks at the end. Always so friendly and professional.

Sarah has been colouring my hair for years and is always consistently excellent. She has always listened to what I have wanted, as it has changed, over the years and is so knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. Plus she is lovely to chat to as well!

Always a wonderful experience at Harringtons. However, I felt the lady who washed my hair did not spend much time doing so. She didn't check if the water temperature was okay for me; it was so hot that I had to ask her to mix in some cold water. She didn't put the leg rest up and rushed me through the shampoo phase. To put it in perspective, there was a lady getting her hair washed before me, and she was there much longer after I was taken and had my hair combed.

When it came to combing my wet hair, she pulled them quite hard, and the amount of hair that got caught in the comb was scary. I've never seen so much of my hair on a comb before. She then left the comb full of hair on the side of table in front of me, which felt a bit humiliating for me and my stylist Nicky.

Nicky is always so humble and kind. I'm sure she noticed but didn't say anything. She gave me yet another fabulous haircut. I will be back only because of Nicky.

Great service from Amy and Sam, but a little frustrating to have a very slow hair wash ...given that my appointment was rescheduled by 30 minutes. Think I was sat at the sink for 20 minutes. Also a bit of a shame that the massage chair doesn't work anymore.

I came in for a regular appointment with Martine and as per usual my hair looks amazing! Really pleased with the color and style.

From the minute you walk into the salon you always feel welcome & valued.
Shannon is always considerate and listens to what I have to say. She explains everything as she is going along & is always happy & chatty & makes me feel at ease.

My colourist did an amazing job, will definitely be booking back in with her.

My upset is around the young man who washed and dried my hair. I left the salon with still wet hair (apart from the very front) and due to the nature of my hair it went frizzy.

I had to go home and wet & dry it myself, as I felt too embarrassed to go back to the salon for it to be done and have him see me again.

This was disappointing as Haringtons is expensive and getting your hair done is a luxury, so to leave with a beautiful colour on a frizzy mess was extremely frustrating.

I did call the front desk right after, and she was lovely and apologised. I felt I was owed something as I was so disappointed but I appreciated her apology.
