As always Hayley takes the time to find out how best works for my little boy to have his hair cut she is accommodating and just lovely. I discovered her years ago now after an op where I couldn’t wash my hair and had a wedding to attend. She always makes my hair look fab as well and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! I’ve been a client of Zappa’s for over 16 years now and they really are the best around!

This is the best and most professional experience I’ve received from a hairdresser.
I went to Zappa’s in Caversham as a new client with terrible shedding and hair breakage following a Brazilian Blowdry done elsewhere.. I was initially going to have a more gentle version of the Brazilian Blowdry with Casey called nano plastia but every day my hair was shedding more and more so couldn’t risk having another heat process exacerbating the problem. I paid a 50% deposit already for the nano plastia but Casey fully understood my concerns and instead allowed me to book in for a shorter haircut and Blowdry where she assessed the health of my hair with a camera and recommended the correct products to use going forward. Casey’s knowledge, expertise and professional were amazing and never rushed me at any point. Not only have I come away with a stunning new haircut , I now feel a lot more comfortable going forward knowing I’m armed with the correct products and advice to start my journey back on the road to healthy hair again. I thoroughly recommend this salon . Thank you

Jack is very particular about his hair! He had been growing it long , so a soon as he wanted it cut ✂️ I booked him an appoinment with Casey. Well she was amazing, going from long to short is a big change for a teenager. She was with him every step of the way, she took the time , asked questions and ensured he was happy with the length at different stages. Casey is so lovely and professional! She has done such an amazing job with my hair. This is my third visit to helping me achieve the colour, length, look and style.
