Tallulah, mentored by Carly, did an excellent job covering up my gray roots today.

Excellent, I have been a customer for about 3 years. Today, I had a scalp analysis, full colour and cut, which, always looks amazing. Casey is a true master in her art and is a warm lovely person, who puts you easily at ease.
I had the colour changed slightly, and am delighted with the result. It's also worth coming for the relaxing back massage at the shampoo chairs along with a lovely head massage. Can highly recommend Casey, the Team Director and this salon.

I am 100% happy every time I walk out of Zappa’s Caversham after my 8 week appointments. My hair is cut to precision after the best products tailored to my needs are recommended /purchased leaving what was dead, dry snapped Brazilian blow dry hair (done at a competitor salon ) only 5 months ago to what is now, thanks to the magic worked at Zappas beautiful silky glossy, shiny healthy hair. I have never in my whole life had hair in such fantastic condition. The products are more expensive than high street chemists etc but wow these are premium products giving premium results on a perfectly styled hair. I have today had a nano keratin blowdry lasting four hours and wowwww my hair is stunning. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough. I won’t go anywhere else now

Absolutely fantastic outcome - thank you Lily! Would recommend her to anyone! Did colour and cut on me and cut and curl on my 6 year old daughter who is in love with her new cut and curls! Lily was fantastic! I wanted to cut my long hair for something short and fun and have green colour added to the ends. Lily walked me through the options patiently and was lovely. I now I have a great haircut with the green colour I imagined
