Love coming into the Salon
Thought the shampoo experience lacked a little today as the plug area was gurgling and bubbling a lot!
And at one stage my lady had to unblock the sink! And pause my shampoo. She was lovely and very apologetic !
I totally understand plumbing issues can’t be avoided
But I did skip my favourite part of my shampoo the head massage!
Because I found the noise of the sink not very relaxing! And it dulled the experience of the massage chair too which was a shame!

Had a wonderful cut and finish with Gail who I can’t praise ent for her advice and expertise!

Had a full head of highlights yesterday. My stylist was so friendly & helpful and took time to really understand what ‘look’ I was hoping to achieve. Always a pleasure to come to salon where the atmosphere and service is so welcoming and helpful. .
