A fabulous experience from the moment I walked into the salon, the receptionist was friendly, I was taken to where I was going to have my hair cut and offered a drink. Siani was kind, professional and extremely good at asking questions as to what I wanted, listening and doing exactly that, the end result was perfect. A first experience at Indigo Rye, I shall return soon.

Saw Nicola rather than my usual hairdresser because it wasn’t one of her working days. Nicola made it a seamless transition. She asked detailed questions about my cut preferences, hair concerns, growth and hair weight rebalance. During the cut she paid so much attention to detail, making suggestions and checking back with me about what I wanted and preferred. A true professional.

Nicola is an excellent hair-stylist who I’ve been going to for years. Despite having cut my hair for many years, I appreciate her suggesting subtle changes to make in my hairstyle. She’s also very personable and having my hair done at Indigo Rye is a relaxing experience.

Such a welcoming salon, always a cheery hello from reception. Sometimes forget Rachel is doing a job of work, we have a lovely natter! Then I get to leave with a much better hairstyle than I arrived with. I’ve gone through 2 or 3 hairstyle changes over the last year or so and Rachel has always been able to create what I’ve asked for - the sign of an experienced and empathetic hair stylist. Know that you will be good hands.

Huge thanks again to Siani! She understands exactly what is right for my hair - both cut and colour - and I couldn’t be happier 🙂.

Sarah has managed to get my grey coloured completely which hasn’t been achieved before. She explained everything to me at our first appointment and I am so happy as she is going to bring my hair back to its natural colour so I can blend my greys better. Thank you Sarah. My first visit to this salon and everyone was so very lovely. I felt completely cared for - from the tray of coffee with a treat, to the wash basin where the chair had a massager function. Did I want a head massage - um, yes please! Thoroughly recommend if you want to feel completely cared for.
