Siani always works wonders every time she cuts or colours my short hair. She always considers my requests & is a delight to see every visit!
Such a nice experience. I’ve had previous hair disasters (never in indigo rye) so definitely a nervous person when it comes to having my hair cut. James listened, advised and took his time with my hair. I left with tips and a hair cut I actually wanted.
Great experience as always - Gail knows exactly what I like tho we revisit and check to be sure but I am never disappointed.
I came in yesterday for a smooth filler treatment with Kaia, I washed my hair this morning after swimming and happy to report my hair is feeling much less frizzy and easier to manage. She also restyled my hair into a bob and my hair feels so much fresher and stylish. Very happy!

Everyone was so smiley and friendly. My hairdresser was lovely and gave me a nice haircut, just as I wished it to be. The hairspray put in afterwards smelt lovely. I really enjoyed the head massage when I was having my hair washed.

I have been a long standing client of Gail’s for over 15 years. I am always delighted with my haircut and blow dry but more importantly I feel cared for and I enjoy every moment I spend in the salon. From the warm welcome, the personalised choice of magazine, the coffee (just how so like it) and the hair wash pampering, to the catch up with people I count as friends. Thank you for your feedback. However, we were both surprised and disappointed to receive your recent review.
Our stylist, Gail who is exceptionally skilled and highly regarded by many of our clients, took great care with your pixie haircut. During your consultation, you shared two reference pictures showing styles shorter than you would normally wear. Gail discussed the options with you and advised with some caution Despite this, you opted to go slightly shorter and she respected your wishes.
Gail took time to explain how to style the cut in a way that would help minimise the visibility of the thinner areas. As the layers are now shorter, they may naturally shift out of place,especially after sleeping,which can occasionally cause the scalp to show through. Many shorter cuts, particularly those with texture, do require daily dampening and restyling to maintain their shape.
Gail was, in fact, proud of the result and felt the cut was in line with your request and was executed with great care. She remains happy to show you styling techniques that may help address the issue you are experiencing.
Given the open communication and professional guidance provided at the time, we feel your comment and star rating do not fairly reflect the service you received.
Nonetheless, we genuinely regret that you’re not happy with your new look and hope we can support you in feeling more confident with it moving forward.

Having had a dreadful experience at a different Salon i was extremely nervous when I booked this appointment however Scarlett was amazing I had a thorough consultation beforehand ,she talked through every step of the way ,made me feel extremely comfortable and the highlights turned out excellent Kaia finished off my appointment with the perfect blow dry! Needless to say I have already scheduled my next appointment.
