First time with Jen and it was a lovely experience.Colour and head massage was fabulous

So i went with a 50% off card, and was immediately taken to wash my hair with treatment. My hair was then cut as i asked the haircut was ok, and i even bought a recommended hair cream. Everything totaled over £80, the hair cream being £22, which meant the haircut was £58. Im not sure if 50% was deducted or not, but £58 i felt was expensive even if it was full price. And if the treatment and hair wash was not valid with the 50% offer this should have been made clear. I didn't want to asl for the details as i was just shocked by the price and i will just not return again as i felt the price was too expensive. They did spend a lot of attention and care, so service was good, i just don't feel it was worth the price.

Sorry can't remember the names who did my hair, but the service is great and all the staff are very helpful. Love my colour. They really do care about your hair and want you to be happy. I highly recommend Steve Hilliard hairdressers and this is someone that usually goes to the best hairdressers in London. Thank you ladies.

This is my third trip to the hairdressers and I was not disappointed! I have had my hair cut and coloured there previously and I went there for a general cut a few days ago. I always receive a warm friendly service from everyone who works there I feel welcome from the moment I enter. All my appointments have been with Rachel I think she is a wonderful stylist, nothing is too much trouble and she takes the time to ask my opinion and make sure everything is to my liking. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and relaxed. I would like to thank Rachel for making me feel comfortable whilst there and doing an exceptional job with my hair and even advice about how to care for it. I can't wait for my next appointment

Amelia always does a fantastic job with my hair. She cheers me up when I have had a bad week too and I always feel so much better walking out of the salon. She also helped style my hair for my cousins wedding recently. I trust Amelia with my hair. It’s so curly and thick but she handles it with care. In the past I’ve found it hard to stick to one hairdresser as I can tell if they feel my hair is a pain. Amelia is lovely. Thank you so much for alLthat you do to make me feel better inside and out! I popped into Steve Hilliard in Luton a few weeks ago to book my first appointment to correct the colour on my hair. I was greeted by Grace who sat me down for a consultation and spent time with me discussing the plan and options available, I had almost immediate confidence in both Grace and the salon and booked my appointment for a week later. Everything about my appointment was both professional and friendly, Grace remained calm, patient and confident despite a complex colour correction and my hair being long and thick. I noticed the ladies at Steve Hilliard work great as a team, ensuring the client has the best possible experience and expectations are met. Since leaving the salon, strangers have commented on my hair! The colour is perfect and following a treatment it is glossy and healthy - exactly what I asked for. I can't thank you enough, see you at my next appointment!
