Definitely one to recommend as Maria provided an amazing experience and professional service. My hair was not just cut but tailored to suit my face and as we are all getting older she softened the fringe and frame around my face. Cannot wait to go back again in July.

Met me at reception 10 minutes late. Pedicure was not relaxing as I had to support my foot and leg the whole time. Needed a foot rest or recliner chair. Toe nails were painted accurately but finger nails were clumpy and uneven with lots of the sides and corners missed. Cuticles were left very ragged and not moisturised. Ruby was very caring and lovely to chat with. A lovely calm environment but I probably won't rush back.

I went here for the first time and had my shoulder length hair cut. ***** cut it with a centre parting and I do not have a centre parting. Consequently' I was left with a different haircut on each side. I complained and it has been fixed but in order to fix it I have been left with hair significantly shorter than I wanted and have parted with £50 for the privilege. I have also had to go there 3 times and spend about 3 hours of my time just for one haircut. Whilst it was rectified the best it could be, this was not what I wanted and I was somewhat dismayed that they did not offer me some of my money back as I paid a lot of money for something that I did not get. If you have long hair with a side parting - avoid this salon!

Met by Helen as I walked in, staff always greet with a warm welcome and a smile. Ushered to my seat and the transformation began! Always offered a drink so had my Cappuchino with the little biscuit whilst colour was applied. Once completed I was presented with plenty of magazines to read which I rarely get time for otherwise . Then it’s off to the hair wash and the wonderful head massage at the end, nearly asleep now! Final stage hair cut and blow dried by the lovely Helen and the transformation is complete.
