I called to book a delux prescriptive manicure with paraffin wax as advertised online. Was told when I called that there was no such thing and I was booked in for a basic manicure.
My cuticles were pushed back dry- no prep or creams used. My thumb cuticle was ripped and bled I wanted a relaxing experience with a delux manicure but sadly did not get that service.

Maria was very knowledgeable,, experienced and realistic in clearly summarising the options and art of the possible in regards to my very straight fine hair. Not only did I come away with a great cut, I also came away with a plan of action on next cut and colour. Also had a fabulous facial - very relaxing, skin felt great, and everything was very well explained - but unfortunately can’t remember the lovely lady’s name.
