I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, I don’t get my hair cut as often as I should but Matt looked after me and helped me explain the style I wanted. He made me feel very comfortable and chatted to me through out. The cut is very good and it was blow dried making my hair feel healthy, which it really needed. Thank you would highly recommend.

Claudia has been cutting and colouring my hair for years and it’s always a risk with long term hairdressers that they always go the same. Not with Claudia. She always listens to what I want and guide me into what will suit me best. She is a wonder and a marvel with a colour blush and a wizard with a pair of scissors. I called to book a delux prescriptive manicure with paraffin wax as advertised online. Was told when I called that there was no such thing and I was booked in for a basic manicure.
My cuticles were pushed back dry- no prep or creams used. My thumb cuticle was ripped and bled I wanted a relaxing experience with a delux manicure but sadly did not get that service.

I’m extremely pleased with my new hair cut. Maria really listened to what I wanted and clearly explained what she would do to achieve it. She was very thorough to make sure my hair was even as I’d requested a blunt shoulder length style. She recommended a product to use to help soften my hair and I purchased the smaller handbag size oil to try out at home.
