Claudia has been cutting and colouring my hair for years and it’s always a risk with long term hairdressers that they always go the same. Not with Claudia. She always listens to what I want and guide me into what will suit me best. She is a wonder and a marvel with a colour blush and a wizard with a pair of scissors. She is friendly kind and reassuring and just the best hairdresser in the world. I hesitated to make this review as I want to keep her all to myself!! But greatness deserves praise :)

I called to book a delux prescriptive manicure with paraffin wax as advertised online. Was told when I called that there was no such thing and I was booked in for a basic manicure.
My cuticles were pushed back dry- no prep or creams used. My thumb cuticle was ripped and bled I wanted a relaxing experience with a delux manicure but sadly did not get that service.

Helpful and clear consultation pre cut and colour. Very pleased with cut and colour and results of the toner used, and hair is now much better condition than before with more natural look (though I might add a few more blonde bits next visit). Very happy with everything.

Popped in for a consultation ahead of cut and colour - friendly, honest and relevant advice; stylist listened, clearly explained options and pros and cons. Even though a fairly quick chat I didn’t feel rushed and felt welcomed from entering the salon. Also lovely coffee!! Am SOOO glad that I have switched salons (now that working movements make it easier to go to a salon slightly further from home).
