Georgia was so kind and patient with our daughter for her first haircut. She made sure she was happy and adapted when Immy got fed up of sitting still! Her haircut is lovely too just what we wanted.

Beautiful nails with Ruby. I have been coming to Hazel Kaye now for a few months and I'm always really happy with the care and attention to detail Ruby provides for my nail and brow requirements.
I was fed up with my long drab hair. Asked Matt to cut it short and transform it from lank and dull to modern and professional. He performed miracles, feels like I've dropped 10 years. I fair bounced out of the salon!
Matt does an outstanding job every time. He takes the time to really understand my style and preferences, and it shows in the results.

I booked my 14 year old daughter in for a cut and blow dry and my fault for choosing ‘anyone’ but at £64 it was very over priced! At the same time another mother was paying for 2 girls and her total was only £91! Clearer costing on the website would be much appreciated.
Cut as wanted/expected with the lovely Matt. Worth paying a bit more than elsewhere for consistency of the cut, the overall service plus overall experience. All the salon staff are always very welcoming and nice, and just as importantly always look like they actually enjoying their work and care about the experience for customers.
I'm very pleased with my hairdresser, Natalie. She is very attentive and cuts my hair just how I like it. We also enjoy an interesting conversation!
Matt is so incredible, professional friendly, always love my colour and get so many compliments on it AND he was able to convince my teenage daughter to get her hair cut - she listened cos he puts her so at ease! He's simply the best!

My hair was extremely dry and I wanted to keep my blinde lights but also cover the roots and hide the grey ! Claudia transformed the colour and texture of my hair so now I have every thing I wanted and I know how to manage it myself !
A lovely relaxing and welcoming experience at Hazel Kaye. All the staff were kind, offered regular drinks and the hair dresser Matt was great. Very happy with my colour results.

I had highlights and a cut done by Matt at hazel kayes and it looks amazing, I absolutely loved it, it was blended so well but there was still a noticeable difference, and it feels really soft and shiny now, and he was so lovely to talk to! Would definitely go back !

Majority of manicure was very good. However the cuticles on several of my fingers were cut far to close and as a result stung every time they were wiped and are now very red and angry looking as well as being painful

I have slight mobility issues so I can't attend to my feet like I used to. Ruby did a fabulous job getting rid of dead skin and the nail polish looks lovely. I can wear sandals again ! Thank you Ruby. X

Matt is always super nice and listens to your needs/ideas whilst being pragmatic and offering sensible suggestions as to what will suit. Never unhappy with the outcome. Only thing that was a little different to normal this time was that the prep, shampoo and getting ready ahead of cut wasn’t quite as seamless as usual, and felt a little disjointed, possibly it was a new member of staff (I hadn’t seen them before)? However she was a very nice young girl who tried her best and definitely didn’t spoil overall experience. What was positive though was being told as soon as I came in that Matt was running late, and immediately being offered a drink straight up.
