Helpful and clear consultation pre cut and colour. Very pleased with cut and colour and results of the toner used, and hair is now much better condition than before with more natural look (though I might add a few more blonde bits next visit). Very happy with everything.

Popped in for a consultation ahead of cut and colour - friendly, honest and relevant advice; stylist listened, clearly explained options and pros and cons. Even though a fairly quick chat I didn’t feel rushed and felt welcomed from entering the salon. Also lovely coffee!! Am SOOO glad that I have switched salons (now that working movements make it easier to go to a salon slightly further from home).

Claudia introduced me to tape hair extensions, having had individual extensions for years. Claudia was right, they are so much easier to maintain and they look so much thicker and last so much longer. Claudia is always attentive and professional.

Thank you Claudia for executing the colour/balayage I’ve wanted for so long. It’s been a process as my hair was so dark, but Claudia reassured me that she will get me to the colour I wanted & asked for me to put my trust in her..that, I did..and I can finally say I’m so elated with the outcome. Looking at the before and after pic I had to ask whether she’d put a filter on it as I couldn’t quite believe my eyes! That’s credit to the amazing job she done.
