Matt is always super nice and listens to your needs/ideas whilst being pragmatic and offering sensible suggestions as to what will suit. Never unhappy with the outcome. Only thing that was a little different to normal this time was that the prep, shampoo and getting ready ahead of cut wasn’t quite as seamless as usual, and felt a little disjointed, possibly it was a new member of staff (I hadn’t seen them before)? However she was a very nice young girl who tried her best and definitely didn’t spoil overall experience. What was positive though was being told as soon as I came in that Matt was running late, and immediately being offered a drink straight up.

I was quite disappointed today, I ended up having to cut my own hair at home afterwards as it wasn’t level and my face framing pieces and fringe were completely different lengths!

Kayleigh is a lovely therapist. Very friendly and I am always pleased with the results.
However, could I please request that all therapists wear a mask during treatments if they have any kind of cough, cold, sore throat.
