Bellissimo is a 5500 square foot award-winning hair and beauty salon in Galway, offering a fantastic range of treatments under one roof. Our stylists are up-to-date with the latest cutting techniques and hair trends, while our Wella hair colour experts are masters in their field - creating sensational hair colours for our Irish and international clients.

When it comes to beauty, our experienced therapists will have you looking fabulous from top to toe with services including facials, massages, nails, lashes & brows, tanning and make-up.

I had waxing done today by Megan, I cannot praise her enough. She's a fabulous girl and an asset to your business. She flew through the treatment, didn't waste a second of her time, so efficient and chatty. She works hard yet creates a very pleasant atmosphere. I manage a business and would hire her in a heartbeat. With my business management head on I think the treatment room could do with a good deep clean but I imagine there isn't time with the speed the therapists work at. I'd score Megan 10/10.

Got curls done this morning and asked stylist for some back combing to add volume she said this had to be done before she had the hair curled. I attended many salons before and never heard this. So was unable to get back combing. Then the stylist asked me had I been drinking last night because my hair was so "flighty" again never had a stylist say this before and found it quite insulting to be honest. My hair wouldn't be "flighty" cause I washed it that morning no??? Poor experience wouldn't attend again

Monika is a breath of fresh air to meet and is excellent with highlighting, cutting and styling my hair. I was bored with my usual dull look and Monika spiced it up naturally. She did brilliant body in styling my hair afterwards. I never had this full body style done before and I'm in love with it. Even the next day (today) after getting it done, the style is still holding. Monika is such a lovely lady. She had me in stitches laughing. I felt so wonderful leaving the salon. Monika done my hair for the Miss Earth Ireland 2023 final in Galway at the weekend. I have to say the compliments I got from it. I let her do whatever upstyle she wanted on me and it turned out amazing. It lasted so well for the night and I had to be back for a GAA game Sunday and I left my hair up. It lasted so well for a full game aswell still going strong today too! Highly recommend
