Theres always a specific persons who got my eyebrows threading perfectly nice. I am thankful to vanessa who just did my eyebrows shes on break but never hesistate to say no. I enjoyed my trip to sugar dolls . My only concern was the therapist carrying out my nail treatment was speaking to her colleague in non English language . I do find this very unnerving and would prefer if they spoke in customers native tongue .

I went to see if there was any availability for an eyebrow shape (wax only). The kind lady at the checkout counter said there was space and that another lady would do them for me. I did not get a chance to get this lady’s name. However, she was extremely rude and didn’t even try hide her disgust when I sat down to get my wax done. She came over eventually after making faces and looking annoyed. She handed me the iPad to fill out a form that I had already completed before, she didn’t say anything then walked away and began doing someone else’s nails. She then continued to look disgusted and was acting like a grumpy child. I understood this time of year is busy however, the beauty express itself was not busy at this time. This made me feel uncomfortable as I couldn’t understand why I was being treated like this. It is not that hard to put on a smile and try to at least try to act nice towards customers who are paying for a service.
She did not come back to take the iPad off me, another lady did my eyebrows and was finished within 5 minutes. I wish I could have gotten the name of the lady who actually took the time to provide me with a nice welcoming service

Great eyebrow threading experience! The process was quick, clean, and convenient. My brows look neat, well-shaped, and natural. Carolina was AMAZING. Friendly service and very professional.

Lady doing my nails was very curt and not friendly. I realised I'd only booked a gel polish so included no manicure. I asked if she could do cuticles but she said she had already started base coat so no. She did the whole polish in 16 minutes.
A real pity as I didn't enjoy the experience.

I was very happy with the results of my eye brows being waxed. The staff in beauty Xpress are very friendly and efficient. The cost is reasonable and fair. I come back again and again.

I being getting my threading with FIZA for years now. And she is amazing! This year FIZA started to do my lash lifting and it’s amazing!!! 100% recommend
