I was 7 minutes late due to trying to secure parking but she turned me away, I came all the way from Edenderry Offaly and she’s aware. I have been making my nails and brows here always, sometimes I come and she or the other girls are 5/10 minutes late I don’t complain but on this day they absolutely refused to fit me in I know she said she was booked out but it would have been a bit of maximum 10 minutes stretch for a regular customer, I see that as lack of loyalty and care for your customers
