I've had good experience in past here but this time around I'm left with 3-4 burn marks on my cheeks and forehead after the wax which not only hurt but looks bad in person too😕

Excellent service provided by Fiza for eye brow threading and side face wax.

I had my eye brows threaded for the 1st time by Carolina she is fabulous she put me at ease and was so lovely and cheerful 😊.
Then had my nails done by Neha I love them she gave me a great selection of colours to choose from and we had a lovely chat I had a Great experience with Both services I used today. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Today I received very bad service from you, I came for eyebrow threading and nothing done like previous, just had taken 2,3 hairs with more pain.

Very unhappy with the service when I booked for an eyebrow thread i got told it would be €8 and they ended up charging me €12 for not having gone there in the past 4 months. That is completely unprofessional and outright ridiculous, people have busy lives and don’t have time to be getting their eyebrows threaded often that should not mean I should be overcharged.
