Had my nails, brows and a pedicure today for the first time with Beauty Xpress. And needoti say I will be returning.

Good shape, uncomfortable chairs, staff all speaking over clients using different language very unprofessional

I got my eyebrow and upper lip threading done today by Vanessa and she always does a great job. Very satisfied

The girl was very nice & fit me in without an appointment. I was happy with the shape. After about 10 minutes of leaving my whole forehead felt like it was on fire. I got to my car & looked in the mirror, my eyebrows were roaring red. I noticed a couple of grazing marks were I had been waxed. It was like my skin had come off. It’s now after 11 at night & they still feel on fire. I had them done at 4:30. I get my eyebrows waxed regularly and never had this experience before.

Last Friday I did hybrid eyetrio. Its not even a week and the tint is gone, looks I did nothing at all for €45?
The place was packed, the appointment was delayed and the ladies there were rushing clients.
For the past year I am always doing the hybrid tint in your salon, and it always lasted for weeks.
On my last and recent appointment I have noticed that the Last Friday, I had a hybrid eyebrow tint. It has not even been a week, and the tint is already gone—it looks as though I had nothing done at all, despite paying €45.
The salon was very busy, my appointment was delayed, and the staff appeared to be rushing clients.
For the past year, I have consistently had the hybrid tint done at your salon, and it has always lasted for weeks. However, at my most recent appointment, I noticed that the tint no longer lasts as it used to. I even asked at the time to confirm that a hybrid tint was being used. is not lasting mych anymore. I even asked if they are using hybrid for sure.
I am very disappointed.

I booked an appointment for 5.15 today.. came at 5.10 to a very busy area.. I waited til 5.30 and had to leave as I needed to be somewhere hence why I booked an appointment! It was not the workers fault they were working away and doing what they could, all while trying to deal with an unhappy customer.. I would suggest having more staff and more stations.

I was satisfied with my treatment today.

Brilliant service from Sunita. I had broken one of my nails but Sunita saved it for me. My nails are perfect. Her attention to detail is second to none. I always receive compliments when Sunita does my nails. I highly recommend her services.

I waited a long time, and then the employee worked quickly and carelessly on my nails because there were other customers waiting… She didn't clean or disinfect the work area and tools before starting new work .

Today I got my eyebrows and upper lip threading done by Carolina. I’m very satisfied with Carolina’s service. She was mindful of what exactly I wanted and did a great job. Thank you.

High staff turnover says more about the company than staff itself.
