no wasn't happy came home hairs still on my top lip and the side of my eyebrows plus eyebrows weren't threaded properly had to pluck them when I came home

I was disappointed with the customer service. The staff member I encountered was not friendly or welcoming and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. There was no smile, greeting or effort to create a positive atmosphere. Good customer service starts with making customers feel valued, and unfortunately that was missing during my visit. I hope the staff receive additional training on customer interaction and hospitality, as a warm and friendly attitude can make a significant difference in the overall experience.

I use to come to this place for my eyebrow threading. I'm happy with the service with them. Because my eyebrow is really well done.

Excellent service i had no appointment got seen to in 10mins

Unfortunately the lady that did my eyebrows did not listen to me when I expressed to her that I did not want her to thin my eyebrows out just a tidy up. I left with one eyebrow really thin as she took off too much on one and left them so uneven looking. I then had to go home and pluck hairs that she also missed underneath my eyebrows. So disappointed with service. Won’t be returning as she did her own thing and did not listen to the clients request.

The lady I got was equally as good as the regular girl that does my eyebrows,very nice lady pleasant experience and great job done.

Worst experience I've ever had. I had made an appointment for myself and my daughter. The salon rang and asked if we could go in early. Turned up and my daughter was sat down for her pedicure straight away. Turns out they booked her in early and changed my time for an hour later. Left me sitting there. My daughter was finished before I even started. I also had a pedicure booked for after my nails and they had no space for that. Wanted me to sit for another hour and wait. This happened because they changed the time not me. Not an apology nothing. The girls have no customer service. In fact just stood around for the whole time I was there talking about me like I had done something wrong. The whole experience was uncomfortable. 4 if the girls just sat around for about 40 mins chatting. Sinneta done a good job on my nails but unfortunately I will not be back. I've been going here for 3 years. A manager is needed in the shop to run it properly.

I enjoyed my experience today and would recommend. Good thorough job done on my eyebrows.

Usually very happy with service but not happy this time, was left with scratches on my eyebrows and bleeding and ended up with scabs afterwards.

The staff are always very accommodating! I loved how they treat people! It's a friendly place which I enjoy every time I have an appointment. I always ask for a specific person for my eyebrows. Thank you, Vanessa!❣️
