Very unhappy with the service when I booked for an eyebrow thread i got told it would be €8 and they ended up charging me €12 for not having gone there in the past 4 months. That is completely unprofessional and outright ridiculous, people have busy lives and don’t have time to be getting their eyebrows threaded often that should not mean I should be overcharged.

I have been a loyal customer for a long time im always coming here to get my eyebrows threaded but the last time I came the lady sabika waxed my face but kept going over and over which caused me to break out really bad and alongside my sister who came to get here face threaded and sabika kept going over and over which caused a severe reaction breakout and today I had the worst experience ever I wanted to get some services but they didn’t want to do it why because she rather go on her lunch and I booked for specific time and gave me a wrong time, and she just didn’t feel like doing it, I will not recommend this place to anyone anymore don’t come here at all.
