Excellent service i had no appointment got seen to in 10mins

Unfortunately the lady that did my eyebrows did not listen to me when I expressed to her that I did not want her to thin my eyebrows out just a tidy up. I left with one eyebrow really thin as she took off too much on one and left them so uneven looking. I then had to go home and pluck hairs that she also missed underneath my eyebrows. So disappointed with service. Won’t be returning as she did her own thing and did not listen to the clients request.

Very satisfied. Sue(I know not her proper name). very nice and knew exactly what I wanted. Been here a few times and always happy.

The lady I got was equally as good as the regular girl that does my eyebrows,very nice lady pleasant experience and great job done.

Worst experience I've ever had. I had made an appointment for myself and my daughter. The salon rang and asked if we could go in early. Turned up and my daughter was sat down for her pedicure straight away. Turns out they booked her in early and changed my time for an hour later. Left me sitting there. My daughter was finished before I even started. I also had a pedicure booked for after my nails and they had no space for that. Wanted me to sit for another hour and wait. This happened because they changed the time not me. Not an apology nothing. The girls have no customer service. In fact just stood around for the whole time I was there talking about me like I had done something wrong. The whole experience was uncomfortable. 4 if the girls just sat around for about 40 mins chatting. Sinneta done a good job on my nails but unfortunately I will not be back. I've been going here for 3 years. A manager is needed in the shop to run it properly.

I enjoyed my experience today and would recommend. Good thorough job done on my eyebrows.

Usually very happy with service but not happy this time, was left with scratches on my eyebrows and bleeding and ended up with scabs afterwards.

The staff are always very accommodating! I loved how they treat people! It's a friendly place which I enjoy every time I have an appointment. I always ask for a specific person for my eyebrows. Thank you, Vanessa!❣️

I paid €15 for the girls at beauty xpress to do my individual lashes, specifically asked for a natural look, but instead was giving extremely long, unnatural looking lashes that fell off not even 5 minutes after they had been applied. Very disappointing.

Attend for threading as I've found the girls to be the best and friendliest ladies about. Always delighted with the results

I had hoped that I would be able to to be accommodated 10 mins to my 15:00 shift, . This they had declined. To which this for me personally was disappointing. However what I did find that they staff were Having conversations at this stage they weren’t busy at all

My treatment as always went well in your Blanchardstown Store. However, when paying which should have been a total of 48 Euro, I was charged 448.00 euro. With a result the transaction was cancelled, I then paid in cash and NOW I have to wait a couple of days to have that amount sent to my Bank. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
