I had a very bad experience at the salon when I went in for getting my eye brows. I went in the morning and took an appointment for afternoon and I very specifically told that I want threading but the lady there booked me for reshape which just felt like to steal money from customers for no reason. I got my eyebrows done last month in city centre and as I was around blanch I thought I will get it done here this month. There was no much growth in my brows and just needed little threading to remove very few extra hair . The lady who did my eye brows seemed like a first timer , she did not do it properly , had no experience whatsoever and I wasn’t impressed at all and on top of it they charged me 12 euros because they booked me for reshape when I asked for threading . It felt like they are fooling customers in the name of policy and stealing money from them . Worst service ever. Would never ever go there again. The reason I was told is I came after 2 years and so it would be reshape and no threading and that’s there policy , I mean it’s such stupidity and how idiots can one be to think that anyone would stay without getting their eye brows done for two years . If you needed money ask for it I wouldn’t mind giving it away but don’t steal it in the name of stupid policies. I think you should provide such service worth the cost if you have such policies like that. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!! Worst staff!!

Walked in without an appointment never had any issues, they just didnt communicate their own policies about pricing beforehand. I saw the price of the service behind and questioned why i was being charged more. I said ill pay what is written there infront; on the wall. one lady said she will block my bookings instead of accepting that there is false marketing or clarifying what was booked beforehand . Just seems off to see a different price behind the cashier and paying another.

Whom ever the lady was she was brilliant, I don’t come out with slug eye brows..

The technicians lacked basic manners in talking to their customers. No eye contact , immediate judgement on their faces and were least interested in what they were doing. Soon after they started doing each others nails and gossiping in their own language beside me , which made me feel less of a service .
