I needed nail extension repair from nails I had gotten done elsewhere and Sunita and the manager were so nice and friendly and were able to repair and got my nails looking amazing! Such an amazing experience.

I dealt with a very pleasant therapist but she didn't listen to what I wanted. Very little waxing if my eyebrows, all tweezers. Not my usual clean defined result. Still very heavy look which is far from what I wanted

Vanessa was very good. She made me feel comfortable during my visit and the result was exactly what i want to achieve . Highly recommend her and will definitely get my brows there again.

I came in for a brow shaping on Friday, September 11th. I was served by a middle-aged woman—unfortunately, I don't know her name. My eyebrows ended up looking completely different from one another. Even though I have permanent makeup, I asked her to pluck them to match the existing shape of the tattoo. Sadly, one brow turned out fine, while the other is too thin. The lighting in your salon is very poor. There was no point in scolding the technician, as that wouldn't bring back the thickness of my eyebrow. I am very disappointed with the service and won't be coming back. I don't have much brow hair to begin with, and now it will take a couple of months for them to grow back.

I'm very new to this only second time but it is always a great experience in there the ladies are lovely. I also hot a patch test done tiday as well very quick and very informative.

Very pleasant experience

Girls are very nice but it can be intimidating when a crowd of them are speaking in their own language and they doing my nails. A lady walked out after waiting too long and the girls laughed at this. Service was very good. My nails were lect in good condition

Had the lovely Andre do my wax and tint on brows today and she is so good was so happy with them and she went through every detail . Will be booking in for another three weeks time . And a lovey girl done my nails but can’t remember her name but was very professional and am also so happy with them . Will be using express beauty from now on . Also great little products to buy and really clean and relaxed atmosphere . Thanks again

Unfortunately this was the worst appointment I’ve had and normally really good. Dark brown eyebrows where heavy black, and when I look properly at home loads of hairs missed
