I had an upper lip, chin & nasal wax by Vanessa. I had shown up to the appointment roughly 6 minutes late, but Vanessa was able to assist me. She was very quick and efficient. 10/10 Thank you Vanessa !

Booked online for gel polish and removal which cost €30 ,when I went for my appointment I was told I would have to pay an extra €12 because my nails were done in a different salon last time...didn't say this anywhere on the booking system...I won't be going back

Very disappointed after my eyebrow wax this morning in Beauty Express Blanchardstown. Have attended here for a number of years, today my eyebrows look no different when completed and very little wax was used. Overall very unsatisfied with my experience this morning.

I was impressed with the threading I got done. The staff was very professional and friendly.

Was only meant to be there 15 minutes over 40 minutes I look like a clown I’m absolutely disgusted with them

While threading my eyebrows.the beaurician and other staff standing next fk me.. was continuously talking to each other..talking on my face..in my face loudly..
Was a v difficult experience. Staff were v unprofessipnal.
.they could have waited to finish threading my eye brows...then had their long loud conversationnin their own language...i just wanted to finish and leave.

Hi, I’d like to make a complaint about my recent experience.
In one of your branches in Blanchardstown. I had an appointment at 3:30 today.

The lady who did my eyebrows was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the appointment. I politely asked her to follow my natural eyebrow shape and to make sure the tint would be noticeable but still look neat and well-finished. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case at all.

The final result looks very poorly done—honestly, it looks like I tried to draw my eyebrows on myself and didn’t even finish them properly. The shape isn’t what I asked for, and the overall finish is messy and uneven.

I’m really disappointed, not just with the result but also with how I was treated during the appointment. I expected a much higher standard of both service and professionalism.

I’d appreciate it if this could be addressed, as this experience was far from acceptable.
