I had an amazing lash lift with Fiza who was so patient with me as I've sensitive eyes that kept watering, she also did an amazing eyebrow wax and tint

I always go to Sumitra for my brows, she is the best at what she does. She's so lovely & my brows always look flawless afterwards

My nails were done very badly, I had to comeback next day to fix them but I see that she did it in a hurry so they still bad and they will not last. Need to book second appointment in a different place to not have them broken completely.

I had my upper lip and eyebrows threaded by Carolina and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She was incredibly attentive, made me feel very comfortable, and delivered a perfect service.

I have had brows done in Penny’s blanch since opening. I only need brows done every 3 months or so which would normally cost €8 . I went in last week only to be told that because I don’t use the service frequently it is €12 . Reason I don’t require it is I wouldn’t have very much hair growth .
I can go to the high street for more relaxed service for €10. I feel this is just a money making issue not about the client

I am ur regular customer. I always use to pay €8 for my eyebrow threading & Today the lady sumitra has charged me €12 & she said that I have come after two months & if it’s within 4 weeks it’s €8. No one told me this before.
I got my eyebrows done on 25th February that is definitely not 2 months ago.I’m not happy about this.
Also sumitras behaviour was not very nice when the lady who was on the till told sumitra that I was her next customer she made a very angry face as if she didn’t want to do her job & when the lady on the till asked her about removing of my acrylic nails she was very rude & answered that I don’t have time. This is not good customer service.
