Cuts on My Brows and Extra Fees

I recently visited Penneys for eyebrow services and was charged €12. When I asked why the price was higher, I was told it was because I returned to this branch after an 8-month gap. However, I had visited other Penneys locations in Liffey Valley and Dublin city centre in the meantime, where no such extra charge was ever mentioned or applied.
This policy was never communicated to me in the past, and I wasn’t given any prior notice about an additional fee for longer gaps between visits. On top of that, during the service I ended up with small cuts near both eyebrows, which left me quite disappointed.
I believe pricing policies should be consistent across all branches and clearly explained to customers in advance. More care should also be taken during treatments to avoid injuries. As customers, we don’t always know whether the same beauty clinic operates inside every Penneys store, so clear communication is very important.
