The shape on my eye brow treading was nice but the dye I got done didn’t look any different. I had to go home and dye them myself

I needed an urgent walk-in appointment because my gel had completely lifted from the base of my nails, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the service I received. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with professionalism and care.
The nail technician was incredibly knowledgeable and confident, it was clear she truly knows what she’s doing. She assessed the situation quickly, explained the process, and fixed my nails perfectly. The service was not only impeccable but also impressively fast, without compromising on quality.
I’m genuinely so happy with the result and the overall experience. I highly recommend Beauty Express, located inside Penneys in Blanchardstown Centre.

I have been a regular customer at Beauty Express for the past four years and have generally been very happy with the service.
On my recent visit, I booked an eyebrow threading appointment online where the price was shown as €10, which is also the price displayed in-store. However, I was informed on arrival that the charge would be €12 because I had not visited within the last four months. This was explained as company policy, but when I asked where this policy is stated, I was told it is not written anywhere.
As a regular customer, I have had longer gaps between visits before and was never informed of such a policy. I feel it is unfair to apply an additional charge that is not clearly communicated either online or in-store. Transparency in pricing is very important for customers.
That said, I would like to mention that Conchi did a great job with my eyebrow threading. I was very happy with the quality of her work.
I hope the salon can clarify and clearly display its pricing policies to avoid confusion in the future.

Prices are misleading online, I got a brow wax, price online says 10€, but because I didn’t get my last brow wax within the last 4 weeks, it was 12€. I’d rather if this was clear on their website as it’s misleading

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this beauty salon. I went in for a simple eyebrow threading, but it turned into a painful and upsetting ordeal. During the session, the technician seemed rushed and overly rough, and by the time it was finished, I noticed multiple small cuts around my eyebrows.

Shortly after leaving, the area started burning and stinging badly. The skin around my brows is now irritated, tender, and visibly damaged — which is the exact opposite of what you expect after a grooming service. Eyebrow threading should be precise and gentle, not something that leaves you with injuries

I had my appointment today and staff was so negligence and asked me to wait for 5 min even though they were not with customer also service was bad it is not proper I did eyebrow and I still see hair they didn’t do it properly what’s the point of paying if we still have to go home and clean the extra hair by ourselves

Honestly I will not be coming back, the brows are bad. One is fat and thick, the other looks untidy. The brows are a mess.

I booked my eyebrow threading today with sumithra at 11:15 today, in the morning I came to know that I am running out of time so I booked with same person online iI went just few minutes late as the trafic is very bad she refused to do my eyebrows as she lied to me that Icame few minutes late she is booked with another customer but no one is there she was sitting idly asked another colleague to do which I havent liked her work earlier.she had been so rude, this is my second time seeing her behaviour.

All the Ladies working here are very professional they know their business and always leave you looking fabulous

Well I will recommend this salon. Such lovely staff. Only wanted my nails painted . But was watching how professional these ladies are and how happy other customers were with their results. I ended up having threading and a patch test. I had a very relaxing time. Well done to all the staff. I will certainly be back.

Had a great experience with eyebrow shaping today. She took her time, was very gentle, and even cleaned thoroughly with a cool cotton ball which felt so refreshing. The shape turned out perfect. Really happy with the service and attention to detail
