Today was my first visit and I can’t wait to go back. When I arrived, as I was a new client, Carla gave me a tour of the salon then settled me in my seat. Then I had my consultation with my stylist Siobhan. I felt really heard and understood, which is not something I’ve experienced at other salons.
Peter then washed my hair and gave me a wonderful relaxing scrub and head massage.
Siobhan gave me a beautiful hair cut - exactly what I wanted - and a really lovely curly blow dry.
I will definitely be back again as soon as I can!

Can't recommend this business any higher. The beautiful warm smiles and welcome from the minute I walked in to the excellent service and a really genuine beautiful auora and atmosphere... The head massage was second to none. My beautiful daughter Shannon treated me to this amazing experience and everything she had told me about there lived up to everything she said. Claudia was so bubbly and I loved the open conversations we had, it was like we had known each other for longer than 45 minutes. I put my complete trust in Claudia's talent and by God did she not dissapoint. At just turning 50 never in a million years did I ever envisage myself getting part of my head shaved to coincide with Claudia's suggested style. All I can say is wow wow wow... I loveeeee it and can't wait to go back... Claudia was so confident but also so very humble and down to earth and I commend her for that. Through her confidence I gained the strength to try something new and I think she has helped unleash a new me and helped me feel years younger. Thank you so much Claudia for being you.

Came to letterkenny for a midweek break the week before Xmas, got an appointment last minute. The staff were so accommodating ? I had a full head of lights and a cut with Sharon. She was so friendly and welcoming. The staff even noticed my birthday was coming up and gifted me a lovely card. Overall best experience in a hair salon. If only I didn’t live 4 hours away I would definitely be back ?

I think my hair had the winter blues but Patrick did his thing and sent me off with a superb cut & highlights (Megan). Christmas ready now & delighted with the revamp ! Always love my trips to PGH- the salon, the banter & the girls all make it a thoroughly enjoyable & welcoming experience.

Great experience from start to finish. Claudia listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure my hair was perfect before I left. I needed my hair to be in place for the following day, Claudia went above and beyond and pinned my curls for me. She gave excellent advice throughout all the while being friendly. I will be back.

Patrick gave me a lovely, brand new style. Every detail of every step was explained in advance.
Megan did the wash, cleanse and treatment and was focused on me for the entire time and on what she was doing, how she was applying the products and explained the reason and expected results. It's the total experience that brings me back to this salon. You are treated like a VIP from the minute you walk in the door. The products that are selected for you are displayed at your mirror. Patrick had the details of what was done recorded up front for future reference. I was asked had I any questions. Megan's head massage was like yoga and meditation all in one! The place is spotless including the rest room. The coffee, biscuits and signature chocolate very welcome. Highly recommend for professionalism on another level. I left with a slick hair do and feeling totally pampered. Thank you!

Excellent experience. Very relaxing. All staff very friendly and warm. Put you at ease. Very well trained. They have a lot of training and are encouraged to attend courses. They gave even consulted a trichologist for their staff to be up to date on hair/scalp conditions which I think is to be commended.

A lovely welcome when I arrived. Everyone was so pleasant. I was delighted with the cut, really beautifully done. Great advice on what was an appropriate length. Excellent job.
