I am very happy with my hair style and the care and attention I got from Patrick and all the staff that dealt with me.

I had been waiting for a really good haircut and style, and I wasn't disappointed. My stylist really listened to what I wanted, and my hair looks and feels amazing.
I wouldn't be a big fan of showing Pinterest styles when a talented stylist can create a look that's personalised and has a real salon finish. I much prefer trusting their expertise to create something that suits me.
Just to say, it was lovely to be shown around the salon as a new client. The wig room is especially wonderful.
When my mum experienced hair loss, she was recommended a stylist elsewhere, but when she arrived she discovered she had to go upstairs. She decided not to go ahead because it didn't feel accessible or private enough for her.
Seeing what you've created is truly wonderful. It's such a thoughttul, welcoming space, and I'm sure it will make a real difference to people going through hair loss and difficult times.

I don’t usually like to complain, especially as I’ve always had positive experiences with Patrick Gildeas up until today.

I came in for my usual haircut, which is generally just a tidy-up of the sides and a trim of the ends. I’ve been growing my hair for several years and have finally reached a length that I’m really happy with, so I am always careful to maintain that length when getting it cut.

As I was with a stylist I hadn’t seen before, I explained what I normally have done and even asked if she could check with Vikki, who usually cuts my hair, as she knows exactly how I like it styled.

While I appreciate that the haircut itself has been done to a very high standard, unfortunately it isn’t what I asked for. Around 3–4 inches of length has been removed, which is significantly more than I wanted. I mentioned several times that I need to be able to tie my hair back for work, and unfortunately it is now too short to do so.

I don’t want to come across as negative or simply complain for the sake of it. The reason I continue to choose Patrick’s is because I have always felt listened to and understood as a client. On this occasion, however, I left feeling that my wishes hadn’t been heard, which was very disappointing.

I felt it was important to share this feedback and hope it can help avoid similar situations in the future.

Laura was very helpful and considerate when doing my daughter's cut this week. She listened and delivered what was requested. Thank you Laura, we will book bavk in for sure.

From the moment I entered the hair salon, I was treated with the utmost respect.

As this was my first haircut after chemo I didn't know what to expect.

Both Patrick & Sharon took time to explain what in their opion was the best way to cut & style my hair.

I recieved a shampoo, conditioning treatment & a lovely head massage.

Sharon did everything herself from start to finish, which I thought was really nice.

Julianna is an honest and talented hairdresser! She really listened to what I had to say and helped me figure out what was best for my hair. She showed me a few photos for inspiration and after she was finished with my hair, it was even better than the online examples!!

I really felt cared for and in the best of hands! She also gave tips for maintaining my hair at home and how to avoid frizz!

Thrilled with my visit to Gildea's. Laura listened to me and gave really good advice - I felt she was really good at understanding what was needed, communicating that and then expert at putting it into action. From start to finish a great experience and I am delighted with my highlights. The salon is beautiful too - my first time there- I didn't think I'd enjoy the three hours, but I did and came out relaxed .

Today was my first visit to the salon and I honestly couldn't have had a better experience. My hair was feeling dark with a very grown-out balayage, but Anita really listened to everything I wanted and took on board all my concerns without making me feel rushed.

I wanted a brighter, more blended and natural-looking blonde colour and she absolutely delivered. The cut was fantastic too! My hair feels fresh, healthy and so much more like me again.

The whole team looked after me so well, keeping me topped up with coffee throughout which made the experience even better! Such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and I left feeling so much more confident. I’ll definitely be back for Anita to work her magic again.Thank you all so much!

Zeljana is excellent at cutting hair and excellent at suggesting the cut that suits the client very well. She is very pleasant and takes great care of you during your appointment.

I came in today for a hair cut as I felt my hair had no style to it , I showed Vicky a photo of what I was thinking and she talked me through exactly how she’s achieve the cut and constantly kept me updated on what she was doing while she was cutting my hair .

I was welcomed into the salon for a transformation. A great team who you can fully trust. It's funny, sometimes little miracles step in to give you a wee push into that higher version of yourself. Patrick and team gave me that wee push yesterday. He was dancing around me like Edward Scissor hands. I would say it was such a joy to cut away all that hair.

Yesterday 08.05 26 I had a haircut at Zeljana K Unfortunately, I can't give a good review.
After washing my hair, the cut is very unprofessional. it's hard to style them even when straightening The hair is frayed. I am very disappointed.
