First time client. Comfortable surroundings while waiting. Given a guided mini tour of the salon which was very impressive. All members of staff consistently pleasant and polite. Coffee was great. While in the chair, Patrick regularly informed me why he was doing certain things and educated me on which type of product would be best suited to me. Premium experience and result. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Siobhan for a while now and one of the things I really value is her honesty. I’m not always very forthcoming about what I want done with my hair, and most of the time I’m happy enough just throwing it into a ponytail!

You don’t always see yourself the way a stylist does, so I really appreciate Siobhan taking the time to ask questions, talk things through and give me her honest opinion about what would suit me. I’d much rather have honesty than someone just telling me what I want to hear, and I trust her completely.

She’s so attentive and caring, and I always leave feeling like a new woman, honestly about 10 years younger!

The whole team in Patrick Gildea’s are lovely and make you feel so welcome and well looked after. And then there’s the shortbread biscuits, which are absolutely delicious and sooo buttery! A lovely experience all round.

Laura was really helpful and friendly. She talked me through any hair concerns I had and helped me decide on the best course of action. I felt extremely well looked after. I left the salon feeling well rested and confident about my hair. I will most definitely be back!
