Absolutely brilliant getting back today to see Jordan and got my colour done. I'm growing my hair out so Jordan gave it a better shape and thinned it all out. Feels so much better now.

As a busy mum of 3 children it’s a real treat to escape to get my hair done. Thanks to Siobhán for today. My hair had grown out a lot since my last appt. She chose colours/tones I’m really happy with and finished with a lovely fresh cut too. Thanks to Zoe who washed my hair too, we had a lovely chat! Looking forward to next time.

So impressed with the measures in place to ensure a feeling of safety and comfort. The salon is beautiful and the staff from Joanne on reception, to my wonderful stylist Sharon are so welcoming and friendly. I received 5 star treatment and can't praise Sharon enough. She is simply the best!

This professional salon was clean and well sanitized. As usual Irene had her magic scissors with her and I left with the hair cut n colour I wanted. I love treating myself to a visit to Irene.

I was so excited to be getting my hair done after such a long time and it was surely worth the wait. I love both the cut and the colour. I love the way Keira blow dries as well. The place is s well managed in these difficult times but I always feel really safe. Thank you all!!

I looked so forward to this appointment after a terrible year and not long after having a baby, I thought it would be a much needed lift before Christmas.
The wait time was absolutely chronic as there were long gaps of 15/20 mins of just waiting for the hairdresser to return.
Patrick did personally come over to apologise for the wait which was fine but my hair on the other hand made me come home in tears.
The colour was great but it was cut far far too short. Comments were made throughout about the condition of it which made me feel highly self conscious but I have always had weak hair combined with a baby.
It was cut far shorter than what was asked for and with a bill of €170, I left and burst into tears. It’s that short that it can barely be tied up and I am using a heap of hair grips just to get it pinned back as I can’t bear to look at myself in the mirror with the mess of it. Even my family members and anyone who I have seen since doesn’t like it either. It’ll take a very long time to grow in any state that will allow me to not be using loads of pins to clip it back so I don’t have to look at it. I wish I had have just left my hair as it was before because I expected to feel revived and perked up & instead I’ve never felt worse about myself.

Not knocking the salon as a whole but just from my experience for the bill I had, I won’t be returning.

All staff very friendly.

Really following COVID guidelines so I feels safe.

Sharon is very good and hands very light as I do not feel that she is cutting my hair.

Patrick friendly and spent time to talk to everyone!

Definitely coming back there!

Firstly I would like to say how lovely it was to visit the salon today It is so extremely covid safe and secure.As always I had a wonderful experience as had my hair cut and blow dried by Kiera who is amazing.She is very attentive caring and eager to give you what you want .
The check in and check out process was equally amazing as the staff is incredible ...so friendly and helpful .
Looking forward to my next visit in January Many thanks and Happy Xmas to everyone and every good wish for 2021

From the minute you arrive and speak to the lovely receptionists to the minute you leave, Patrick Gildeas hairdressers offers an excellent service . Not only is it truly a cut (excuse the pun!) above any other salon, it feels like you are being lovingly looked after. Florentine’is just brilliant - such a warm and engaging lovely young talented lady who took time listening to what I wanted and putting her own touches knowing what would work for me. I will definitely be back.

I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Patrick for looking after my mum today in such a caring way. At the start of the year, my mum was facing the start of her chemo journey, Patrick showed her such kindness and put us both at ease when she went to get her hair shaved and took his time to help her decide on a hair piece. He made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful than we anticipated. Today mammy left the salon like a new woman, feeling great after having her first hair cut since her treatment finished! It was such a great end to a tough year and to it was so nice to see her confidence back again! I’d also like to add the standard of hygiene is exceptional in the salon.So thank you so much Patrick!

After Months of Lockdown hair today's experience of getting my hair cut and coloured was beyond Special, in A world of being cautious Vikki and the team today made me feel so relaxed and in such safe hands, and my Hair was just Amazing when I left. Getting my hair done in Patrick Gildea's always leave me feeling like a New woman!

Megan was practicing blow drying ..I was 100% SO happy with her work from washing it to leaving it like silk ..i would definitely recommend Megan without hesitation to anyone..She will make a great wee hair stylist if she keeps up her good work..she has the perfect wee personality and her dress sence is fab ...I was made feel very welcome in the salon and felt safe in the times that we are in now ..well done Megan xx
