Siobhan is a superstar I really enjoyed my visit today. Thank you to Megan also for assisting with my colour! Siobhan explained all the beautiful new Sebastian products to me today and gave me a beautiful colour and blowdry!

I'm now officially a "curly girl", thanks to Kiera!! I knew I had them, just didn't know HOW to produce them in a 'good' way. My attempts only resulted in frizz and frustration, but Kiera knew exactly how to bring the curls out. I listened attentively on my first visit 8 weeks ago as I learned the process of plopping, squishing, casts and curls :-D I've worn my hair curly each day since! Today I wanted more shape, and help with curling the front and top of my head. Kiera did not fail to deliver on each of these issues, and I came away a very happy client, with a few more tips as well. Thank you very much Kiera, I'll be back.

I got a fabulous blow dry today by Trainee Amy. Well I am delighted with the result. A very kind, thoughtful and competent girl. Thank you Amy you did a wonderful job under the watchful eye of Bronagh.

Claudia cut my 10 year old son’s hair yesterday and she was truly incredible and so very kind. My son has autism and before Claudia came over he wanted to leave. When I told Claudia that he was feeling overwhelmed she moved him to a quieter chair and told him his long hair was cool and was so attentive to him throughout his appointment. He left the salon with a big smile on his face, hot chocolate in hand and with lots of movement in his hair (which he hopes I can achieve again for him!! I can’t :) lol). Thank you so much Claudia for making my little boy feel so happy and comfortable during his appointment -your kindness made such a difference to his day.

We took our 1 year old for his first haircut today and Claudia couldn’t have been nicer and more attentive. She managed to do a fantastic job on a very wriggly toddler and was so kind from start to finish. Thank you.

I had a consultation with Kiera having only a vague idea what I wanted to do with my hair, and that was to let my natural grey hair come through. Kiera really listened, found out what my hair was like and focused on the colour as the main priority for now. She gave me a cut that meant a lot of brown hair was gone, but was also easy to manage. She then found a colour solution that meant I wasn't simply swapping one form of hair colour maintenance for another, but that still kept me going in the direction of grey. I felt listened to, and Kiera explained what she was doing and her reasons at every stage, always checking that I was happy with the process. I'm absolutely delighted with the result.

What a fantastic experience- this takes having your hair styled to a new level. The setting is lovely, attention to every detail amazing and the results were amazing! Thank you Siobhan!

No colour today but had a treatment and cut. As always Siobhan is very patient and takes great care when cutting my hair with the result that my hair is easy to manage and falls into place for weeks after each appointment. One very happy client!

Kiera is the best hairdresser I have ever been to and I have been going to the hairdressers for more years than I care to say.

When I go in, I simply relax and let her work her magic, confident in the knowledge that it will be perfect.

I had a most pleasant and professional experience today with Keira. Under direction from Vicki, with whom I had an excellent cut two weeks ago, Keira expertly added very subtle highlights to my hair and I'm delighted with the result! Thank you ladies.
