My first time in Artisan today. I have very damaged and problematic hair and scalp issues. I’m absolutely delighted with my hair cut with Dee, probably the best cut Iv ever gotten. She really spent a lot of time and consideration with my cut. I’m delighted with it, I can’t recommend her enough. Beautiful salon, very welcoming and professional. Will be coming here in future, thank you so so much.

Asked for the wow prouduct,and was told,was not available,and couldnt open a new bottle,i asked this to be explained to me,as there were bottles visable at reception to buy,i had being told on lots of occasions this very a very good for my hair type,so bought it while on holidays,would expect a salon of this high standard to always have it available for customers,am i to bring my own?was told would proparly be available next month,not good enough,paid 116 euro for my hair,consider myself a very good customer,i spend alot of money on my hair,and have being going to this salon for a very long time,did i feel valued yesterday no,felt profits before customers.

I am still masked due to family being immunocompromised and me being the go between for essentials. The salon was very kind and accommodating in scheduling me when the salon would be empty. Audrey was also very knowledgeable on curly/wavy hair types who do not want to use heat to style dry. She showed me a great technique to minimize frizz. I am very happy with my cut and style and will be going back

Everytime I go get my colour done, liz does an amazing job. She's bubbly and so professional at what she does

Liz is always helpful and is an absolute pro at doing my balayage! I always get so many compliments after my hair is done by her. It’s such a beautiful, comfortable salon and you’re always made to feel welcome! Honestly don’t trust anyone else to color my hair like Liz does!

The girls in the salon are miracle workers. After a hair disaster the girls fitted me in before holidays and spent the whole day colour correcting my hair. They were so kind and understanding and the service is TOP LEVEL! Not only did I leave the salon with gorgeous hair, I was so well taken care of. 100% recommended you give this salon a go!
