I always have a lovely relaxing experience with Kate when I go for my wash and cut. She’s always so welcoming and attentive and easy to talk to. She always makes my hair look amazing too.

I felt very confident and relaxed in the hands of an experienced stylist who offered sound advice and consequently did an excellent cut.

Lucy was brilliant. She did an initial consultation asking me what style I was looking for. I showed her a couple of pics and she was very positive about how the style could be achieved. She asked if I wanted the foot rest up and massage mode on chair whilst washing my hair and checked the water temp was ok with me. She told me the products she was using and why. Back at the cutting station, I was offered a drink and she talked me through how she was cutting my hair, checking I was happy with the length. Throughout the whole experience, she was welcoming, put me at ease and was very friendly. I also had a colour patch test done to enable me to book cut and colour next time. Lucy was professional and friendly throughout, and she now has a new client 🙂

First time at this salon, and Lilly was just fantastic. She talked through what I wanted, and checked I was happy throughout the process, making changes if I asked. She was very pleasant and professional throughout.

The salon has such a great feel about it. It feels very high end and exclusive, but services are very affordable.

I have booked a return appointment, and imagine it'll be one of many.

Naomi put my colours on and Lucy J took my foils out, explaining each step, what product she was using and why. Discussed what I used at home and advise given.
Cut and shape was discussed before she started (tried a new shape)
