Lilly was excellent. There was a warm welcome and surroundings very pleasant inside the salon. I felt the service overall was outstanding, coffee was really nice too!

Absolutely thrilled with my hair extensions. Walked into the salon with short hair, left with the most beautiful locks. Lauren is amazing. She was incredibly thorough with her explanations. An amazing transformation. I cried many happy tears.

Lauren did an amazing job I wanted my old grown out balayage hair to be blended with my natural colour and roots, my hair was blended and toned with my natural colour without any harsh colour on my roots to prevent banding, with a few refreshed blondes to blend in and tone to give my hair dimension, I had an olaplex treatment and toner and a cut and blow dry with curls, I couldn’t be happier with the end result!

Very efficient, Lucy always listens to what you want done, she makes you feel very comfortable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I always have a lovely relaxing experience with Kate when I go for my wash and cut. She’s always so welcoming and attentive and easy to talk to. She always makes my hair look amazing too.

Lucy was brilliant. She did an initial consultation asking me what style I was looking for. I showed her a couple of pics and she was very positive about how the style could be achieved. She asked if I wanted the foot rest up and massage mode on chair whilst washing my hair and checked the water temp was ok with me. She told me the products she was using and why. Back at the cutting station, I was offered a drink and she talked me through how she was cutting my hair, checking I was happy with the length. Throughout the whole experience, she was welcoming, put me at ease and was very friendly. I also had a colour patch test done to enable me to book cut and colour next time. Lucy was professional and friendly throughout, and she now has a new client 🙂
