First time since lockdown got my hair cut and coloured ?
Took the opportunity with such a growth spurt to have new cut and colour curtesy of Emma. Good COVID prevention safety taken in salon and staff ?
Lovely Alison cut and highlighted my hair for me. I hadn't had it cut for 7 months so it was the longest it had been for a long time. The result is a new cut, style and highlights. I feel a new me and have had som lovely compliments too.
I would recommend Alison and Hair Lounge all day long.

I can't recommend HairLounge enough! This was my first post-Covid haircut/colour and the experience was fab, as ever. They have screens to divide work stations, they sanitised between customers, and everyone in the salon followed the hygiene rules. Emma really worked her magic and I came out feeling a new person!! Nothing was too much trouble and all in all, the team maintained the same very friendly, high standard that has kept me going back year after year!!
Attention to detail excellent. Value for money also excellent. Would recommend highly to family and friends.
I have been going with my mother, who has Alzheimer's, to get our hair done with Alison for some years and it is always a pleasure...Alison is very understanding and she always cuts our hair brilliantly and does highlights on my mother's hair perfectly. Our most recent visit was our first post-lockdown and Alison has organised the salon extremely well to ensure we remained as safe as possible while we were there...fabulous service as always, thanks Alison:-)

Alison and Emma have done an amazing job getting the salon back in operation and fully compliant with new guidelines. Everything is immaculate and all safety measures are in place. At the same time I was made to feel welcome and comfortable and of course the service was as fabulous as ever! Alison was also very sweet about my DIY hairdressing attempts! Lets just say, its great to be back!
Alison has worked so hard to keep to COVID rules. I am impressed but not surprised. Alison’s salon is / and always was a delight. I enjoyed my experience today. Love the colour and cut. After five months I’m so happy to say, “”Goodbye, Lockdown hair style.” A huge thank you to Alison.

I visited the Hair Lounge this afternoon, the first time since February. As ever, Alison welcomed me warmly into the salon & we discussed how my hair had grown & developed since my last appointment over 5 months ago. The cut had maintained its shape very well & the colour had blended very well with my own aging root colour. Her expert advice as to how to proceed was excellent and the results of a new colour regime left me feeling delighted! All measures of safety & social distancing were in place providing an excellent reassuring environment. Superb results! Thank you so much Alison & Hair Lounge!!

It was so amazing to finally get a post lockdown hair cut with Alison. I went into the salon with a wild mop of head and a photograph of how I wanted it cut and WOW... it's amazing. I'm so pleased with it and because it's such a good cut it's so easy to look after, it just falls into place. Thank you Alison, you are an amazing Stylist

Today was my first visit to see Alison & Emma at the Hairlounge since lockdown began. I got a well needed colour and cut from Alison & apart from the PPE and extra cleaning, it was just like any other visit. The girls were as welcoming as usual, not fazed by their new working situation, just glad to be back at work. It was lovely to see them both
As always a very friendly welcome from Alison and immaculate Covid precautions throughout the salon experience with all surfaces and equipment sanitised throughout the process. Excellent haircut as always... Very highly recommended.
it was lovely to see Alison and Emma, albeit trussed up in visors and aprons. But Alison has done everything to make us feel safe and welcome and it is wonderful to feel like myself again
