Lovely salon and a friendly team! Gina is my go to - she’s looked after my sons, my husbands and my hair for the last couple of years. She is a woman with many talents! I went down on Friday for a cut and colour, huge thanks to Lauren too for extending my parking at Merstow Green car park for me and to Charlie also! It’s nice to go to a place that have a great team ethic and clearly love what they do, with a little banter on the side and some lovely refreshments too. Highly recommended.

Dionne is wonderful stylist. I felt incredibly fortunate that I have found someone who listened and was able to understand and suggest how I could move forward with my very fine hair and its styling.

Absolutely loved my evening at the salon! A whole hair colour going a fiery ginger and a thinning out. The hair wash is my favourite bit and truly makes you feel relaxed! Dionne even recorded a voice note for my three year old who was so upset it wasn't her turn for a cut! Such a personal touch. Shout out to Chloe too who whilst Dionne completed my style she completed a barbour cut on a non verbal autistic young boy. She handled it so well and I'd recommend her to any parent who needs extra understanding and time spent on their child.

I would never go anywhere else than Unity to get my hair cut and coloured I have been going for years now and the atmosphere friendliness and the brilliant job Dionne does would be hard to beat.

I’ve been a client for many years and every visit is relaxing, friendly and I always feel welcome and never rushed. Dionne is a fabulous stylist.

Arrived on time for my first appointment at the salon but was told by stylist that she was ‘running late’ and would be about another 15 mins. She suggested I come back later which surprised me as I had purposely booked a specific time using the salon online booking service. I said I would wait in reception. I sat listening to Gina chatting incessantly to her present customer for 15 minutes. At no time did either she or anyone else in the salon, make any apology or explanation. I waited another 5 minutes but after not seeing anyone on reception or a manager to speak to I got up and told Gina ( who was even then, nowhere near finishing her client) that I had expected to have my appointment time kept to and did not have time to sit and wait any longer. She then said sorry but nothing more.
I couldn’t believe that a salon could be run so badly and treat a new client in such a unprofessional manner. They had my telephone and email address on their records from the booking log so if Gina was going to be running so late, they could have contacted me to save me driving 8 mil s, paying to park for 2 hours and then waste 20 minutes in the salon. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone after my experience today - and I didn’t even get to see whether their hairdressing skills are any better than their customer service. I probably had a narrow escape!!!!

I brought my son in for a hair cut with Chloe after being recommended by other SEN mums. Chloe was very patient and understanding with my son’s needs who was distressed having his hair cut. She was able to give him a hair cut giving him a new style. She also put me at ease making the overall experience not as daunting as it once was. I would definitely recommend coming to Chloe. Lovely to meet Lisa today, she has a natural warmth towards her clients as she did me today, first time having gel extensions but by no means my first nail experience, having always had acrylic for over 20 years. She worked away checking that everything was ok for me as she worked. It was nice having good conversions during my visit which I never really had before. The end job was beautiful and and comfortable. I am converted to gels from now on Thank you Lisa see you again soon.

Honestly a brilliant service. I wasn't 100% sure what kind of cut I wanted, but Chloe's consultation was brilliant. I told her to do what she felt was best and she talked me through what she was doing, any changes I wanted, we discussed and the end result feels like me. It's made me feel happy and confident, as a good haircut should, and Chloe's customer service skills really put me at ease.

I have a daughter who has thinned her hair down on the one side drastically from hair pulling. Dionne worked her magic and has blended the remainder in line with her stronger side. This has meant less length being lost and a little girl leaving thinking she is a princess.
