I had a really great experience at the salon. Lauren was really friendly and listened to my needs. I showed her a photo of the style I was hoping for and left really happy with my cut and style - I love it!

having my first cut here as I haven’t had good experiences in the past and my hair has thinned badly and looked awful.
All resolved, a fabulous hairstylist Carly reassured throughout the cut and listened to my anxiety and managed to make my hair look great for the first time in years. Next appointment booked 😁

I heard about Dom from a couple of ladies in their 70s and noticed on the website Ionic had a special rate for our age group. Dom was efficient, friendly and checked with me when she was cutting my hair. I will be back!

First time at icon and with Lani. She was excellent! Very confident and capable. Transformed my long straggly hair into a glossy manageable, stylish shoulder length cut. Very please with, and had lots of compliments already. Will definitely be returning to see Lani.

Lovely attentive experience with great attention to detail for my 10 week trim, the last one before I'm 6 years old. I asked Dom nicely to plait my hair too and was very happy as I even chose my colour bands.

I was led to believe that my shampoo and blow dry was in the golden years deal, but was informed that, asi didn't have a cut, it could not be included so i paid normal price

Lani is just so lovely. Welcoming and a great stylist. I’ve joined the Blow dry club and so pleased I have. Lani is brilliant dealing with my thick hair. Everyone in the salon are friendly and lovely and it makes the visit to the salon a much needed chilled out experience.

As usual I came out feeling (and looking) fab. That's why I've had Gareth cutting/dyeing (on occasion) my hair for years.

I love this place i was greeted by the lovely Liz and Lauren . All the staff are friendly and make you feel at ease. I had a cut amd blow dry by the lovely Lauren who always styles mu hair perfectly .

Having not had my hair cut since August, I was very glad to be able to visit Gareth today for my Christmas cut and finish, but my hair has been easy to style and kept its shape very well.
I was unable to keep my 8 week appt in October due to illness.
