Dom is always great with my hair colour. She knows what suits me, does it perfectly and takes time even though my hair is long and thick. She’s such a lovely person too it’s always a pleasure to come and have my hair done. She’s also really accommodating to my hair needs - when it hasn’t grown enough for delicate highlights she will say and ask me to come back. She won’t take risks!

Lauren has done a lovely restyle, just what I envisioned but better! Thank you so much Lauren - you’re wasted at Pershore!
Everybody was very friendly. I was somewhat concerned when I arrived on my quite large scooter(!) but I was assured that it wasn’t a problem and never would be even if the salon was full, a weight off my mind for future visits too.

It is always clean and tidy here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming also professional. Lauren always styles my hair perfectly and I look forward to my hair appointment with her.

I thought Lisa was an excellent hair stylist. Lisa made feel like I was the only one that mattered in a busy salon. But I do think the price is a little to high.

I get really anxious about going anywhere but really needed a hair cut.

I’d highly recommend Dom at Iconic. She’s so friendly, really listened to what I wanted and gave great advice on what style to choose. I’m so happy with my colour and cut. I recently swapped hairdressers as my previous one has just got so expensive, Iconic is a much more reasonable price. I’d highly recommend. Lovely clean salon, friendly staff, great atmosphere. Only downside is that the online booking system didn’t work properly so I had to rearrange my appointment to today as it hadn’t allowed enough time - I’ll phone next time as don’t trust the online booking!
