At 16 this was my first time at having my hair coloured. Staff were all very welcoming. Hannah explained the whole process and ensured I was happy with the colour, asking me throughout to make sure I ok. The whole experience was amazing. Roland also kept making sure I was ok and engaging in conversation with me. Thank you to everyone who made me feel so at ease!
