Kim , advised me on a suitable cut & colour . The end result was amazing. I felt uplifted in my mood and looked younger .
The head massage was relaxing and the girl allowed me to relax without asking endless questions . Very much felt like a spa treatment

Really pleased with my cut with Adam. He listened and understood what I wanted and was also very caring making sure that I was happy with the length and layers. I don't usually like going to the hairdresser's but Adam was lovely, friendly and a great hairdresser. He also took the time to give me tips on how to curl my hair with a straightener. I will definitely be back to book with Adam. Thank you!

Me and my 2 young girls had our hair done today and it was amazing, we got done all at the same time, the atmosphere was very relaxing and fun, the stylists new exactly what I meant and did the hairstyle I asked for. This was our first time going and let's just say they have some new regulars, already looking forward to our next appointment, my eldest said "i want to go to have my hair done there everyday " and she was terrified to go at the beginning. The girls have been cat walking all the way home, laughing and swishing their hair.

Sarah is a fantastic hair stylist- she works with you to create a style you want and one that works for your hair. I’ve been going to Sarah a number of years now and I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Brilliant as ever Claire is a professional stylist and staff are welcoming and offered coffee on my arrival which was lovely s I had allowed more time for my visit as it was Great Yorkshire Show and I was worried that I would be late! My stylist was brilliant and I left feeling smart again! I love going.🤩

I had my hair coloured and cut by Libby who is a great stylist. She listened carefully ensuring that my hair was exactly right. I have a mobility issue and all the staff are helpful and caring.

Excellent service as usual

After not visiting a salon for over a year and "home styling", in other words letting it grow beyond belief, I booked in for a gents restyle with Kim. The experience from start to finish was so professional, I showed Kim a photo of a style I was looking for and after the giggles had stopped (the model was nothing like me) the cut started and after about 45 mins the look was complete!! During the cut the fun with Kim was brilliant, we laughed as usual about all the daft stuff, but we talked a lot about the 100km walk that Kim's doing for charity in a couple of weeks, 60 miles, in 23 hours, just wow, hats off to you Kim a huge challenge that I'm confident you'll complete. Anyway, back to the styling, really pleased with how it's turned out and people are saying it's way better than the unruly "home style". Well worth it and I'll be booking in again before it gets too long!! Thanks Kim and good luck with the walk

I have been a regular client of Saks' for a number of years. It is always very welcoming in every visit. There is always a friendly, relaxing atmosphere, with much interesting conversations. There is a consistently professional, high level of customer care where I am always well looked after. This all adds up to me having a very enjoyable experience at the salon. Kim (manager) and all staff at Saks Wetherby should be highly commended.

You always get treated royally. They listen to what you want and provide an excellent wash, cut, & blowdry. Highly recommend Sarah and Kim, but all the staff are very courteous & professional.

I have had poor experiences at other salons with stylists not listening to what I’d like and I was nervous about trying again but Libby listened, knew exactly what to do and delivered and some! I’m SO happy I’ve found a salon I can return to!
