I have been a regular client of Saks' for a number of years. It is always very welcoming in every visit. There is always a friendly, relaxing atmosphere, with much interesting conversations. There is a consistently professional, high level of customer care where I am always well looked after. This all adds up to me having a very enjoyable experience at the salon. Kim (manager) and all staff at Saks Wetherby should be highly commended.

I brought my daughter in for a haircut. She was treated wonderfully and thoroughly enjoyed her experience from having her hair washed and head massaged to the hair cut and having her hair curled. You always get treated royally. They listen to what you want and provide an excellent wash, cut, & blowdry. Highly recommend Sarah and Kim, but all the staff are very courteous & professional.

I have had poor experiences at other salons with stylists not listening to what I’d like and I was nervous about trying again but Libby listened, knew exactly what to do and delivered and some! I’m SO happy I’ve found a salon I can return to!
