Disappointed today as my hair hadn’t been rinsed properly at the back. When I got home my hair was still damp at the bottom after my blast which is normal and I’m fine with that as I just finish it off at home but this time it wouldn’t dry as there was still hair dye & shampoo in it so I had to rinse it off when I got home. I even checked with my family & they could also feel it.

Visited the salon today to have my dyed brown hair returned to blonde. Tia was so knowledgeable about how to carry out the transformation in the kindest way to my hair.
