Philips Hair Salon - Wakefield

I rung and said my hair needed a good cut and restyling I had been ill infact I am disabled and they got me a time 5,45 on Friday ,I was embarrassed by my hair but the way the stylist spoke to me was horrible and I had to hold back the tears alll she kept on saying was condition was bad very bad which I knew it was horrible how she spoke I am a 61 year old lady she was clocked watching the entire time and just because she had been working there along time didn’t give her the right to be so degrading and rude to me then she kept pulling my head while cutting pulling me while washing not giving two hoots to the fact I have spinal stenosis and she told me my cut would cost more due to the state of my hair 15 more just over and all she wanted to do was sell products to me she was horrible and absolutely shouldn’t be serving people with this kind of service I cried all the way home

Julia did a brilliant job of my hair, great cut and colour. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family

As usual the expertise and care I received this morning at Philips was excellent. Linda, the hairdresser, was attentive and gave me high quality advice. I can thoroughly recommend the Salon to all .
