I had a very special experience today… I had a relaxing treatment and shared lots of precious new and old memories with Janet… then came out looking quite special…

Had a gents cut with Senior Stylist Leah and she did a fabulous job. Been going to her since she started doing gents hair and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very friendly and easy to talk to. The salon is always very clean and it’s a great atmosphere. Thanks again Leah👍🏻

I visited Leah on Saturday for a colour and cut and absolutely love my new hair! I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but Leah (and Charlotte) helped me decide and I absolutely love my new colour. Really happy I decided to go dark after much deliberation!… sorry Leah 🤣 you are always so helpful, patient and brilliant! Thank you!!!

Yesterday I had my usual hairdresser Janet, had my hair cut short, a beautiful trim, and it was my colour day kept my usual blonde colour as I like this colour.. everything went well and I was pleased.

Charlotte always does the best job ever with my hair - I had a full head colour this time. My hair is long and thick and can be quite the challenge at times, but Charlotte (and her colleagues at Janet Best) always do an amazing job - every time I leave the salon with beautifully coloured and styled hair - thank you!

Today I went to the hairdressers feeling very tired, fed up with the unruly nature of my hair. The visit was extremely positive from the start. Discussions about possibilities, new colour ideas as well as how to give my style a boost.

I've been coming here for many years and am always happy with the result. I've had various stylists over that time and all have been very capable. It is a lovely family run business where everyone is made to feel welcome. Charlotte is warm and funny and has coloured and cut my hair over the last 2years. I like the products they use and their keeness to do their very best for their clients. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

My experience:
When I first entered the Salon I was greeted by Leah who gave me a sheet to fill in about my hair quality and what I wanted to change. This made me feel better about the experience due to past bad experiences. Leah took her time to read the sheet and before even starting my hair talked me through the process and reassured me that the outcome would be amazing. During the time of having my hair done I was asked if I needed a drink or something to read while waiting through the hair process. Leah was really kind and it felt like I’d known her before going into the salon as her social skills were good and made me feel comfortable. When my hair was finished I was in disbelief and I felt like a totally different person brand new in fact. I want to say a big thank you to Leah and the team for making my time in the salon worth it and giving me the results I’ve wanted for a very long time ❤️

I have had my second visit to Janet's salon. The salon is very welcoming, professional and clean, with friendly staff. I have a style that needs an accurate cut and Alice has done a lovely job both visits. They stock salon hair products if you want them but don't push them at you, which is appreciated. Long may our relationship continue!

I've been going to Janet Best for the last 16 years and the service is always excellent. Alice is my stylist and it doesn't matter how busy she is, the same level of care is always taken. I've had many colour changes over the years and Alice's advice has been paramount in all of my choices. I always walk out of the salon feeling a million dollars. I can't recommend Janet and all of the fabulous team enough.

Every person has what they call their favourite hairdresser, and mine is Janet. She knows my hair back to front and in and out. I leave the salon feeling very happy.
