I have been getting my hair cut at Toni and Guy Leeds for over 20 years . I always get great customer service and I can trust they know how to deal with my hair which is very thick and needs an expert blow dry. My current stylist is Liam. He has just done a fantastic cut for me and I am very happy with the result. Liam is an accomplished hairdresser, and he takes time to do a precision cut and finish . Go Liam ??

Cannot thank you enough lee my colourist and Liam my stylist. I finally love my hair again. From the minute I arrived I was made to feel welcome and felt so comfortable , this was my first visit and I feel like I’ve been going there years. Even Paige who washed my hair and gave the best head massage. My hair was in a state and it’s now silky soft smooth and heathy. I will definitely be returning and recommending . I was also pleased with the price as I thought it would break the bank with been such a reputable company. Thank you to all of you , your amazing see you in 4 weeks

Having diched the hair dye I decided to let my hair be its natural colour, gray.
I was fed up with local hairdressers so I decided to go to Toni&Guy, Ellie was my stylist.
She listened to my views surrounding my new hair colour and worked with me creating a very new look.
I am thrilled with my new hairstyle it's a very short undercut and I feel Great.

I will wait and see if it improves on me however my hair felt like a birds nest afterwards - thick and dry; it was over styled and I didn’t like it ; usually the curl feels soft and under control ; not quite what I wanted ; cut feels uneven and messy

Great service as always , just one thing I think I should mention I’m been coming to this salon for a long time, and never felt a little uncomfortable before today . The new receptionist was little off and a bit uptight I thought, not even a smile or have u had a good experience would you like to take some products nothing like that , I don’t know her name but it’s was not Mandy she’s always really lovely n helpful , it maybe because she is new, I don’t know I work in the customer service industry. so I know we all have off days but she is representing Toni n guy as a employee so she really shouldn’t be like that , sorry I don’t like to complain but feel I had to say something , thankyou .

This is a really good branch of Toni&Guy - the staff are great and it’s a high quality of service. His name was Lee. Very professional not too much chat but polite and knew what he was talking about. Very nice manner. Very good hair washer massage delightful. She also suggested curling my hair which I liked.
