Excellent manicure from Norr. Very friendly, polite and professional. She gave me a really nice manicure that I’m very happy with . Also she gave very good advice about what was suitable for my nails.

I had a nice, relaxing gel pedicure yesterday with Noor. I usually have one a month as a treat. Well worth the money.
Paul listened to everything I said and did a wonderful cut as always. Love the colour too

Gemma is so lovely she makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable i usually am anxious but she has way with words and puts me at ease .
I booked a massage with Gemma as I had awful shoulder and back aches from sitting at a keyboard for too long. I felt like I’d been rejuvenated afterwards and it really helped my muscles. Gemma was lovely to talk to.
The massage bed was so wobbly it was very unsettling getting on and off. The massage itself was nice, but the therapist either has lots of dry skin on her hands, or her nails are too long as I was scratched throughout. When I raised this at the end she got very defensive and swore her nails were not long. She showed them to me and they did appear long to me. She then left the room without offering me a drink of water which is usual after a massage. She also left the door open and the light off. Which left me feeling very vulnerable. Overall not a great experience and one I will not be repeating.

As usual Paul asked me what I was wanting him to do with my hair & proceeded to cut it to the length I wanted. It looks great today & will until I wash it for the first time myself but past experience leaves me feeling confident that it'll still look good then 😊
