Welcoming, friendly staff and Suzy is very good at her job, she knows how to cut and colour my hair exactly how I want it. They deserve all the 5 stars they get!

Always feel a million dollars when Suzy does my hair. On top of her amazing work she’s always very welcoming and friendly.

This was my first visit and was very impressed throughout from my initial consultation with Adam to the finished cut/colour! Thank you Adam for your professionalism.

Unset always makes you feel comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble. You are made to feel part of the family.

Perfect little salon. Adam made me feel like a superstar! If I were to mention anything negative it would only be the salon was a little cold at times but I was by the front door!

Since I would be staying in Leeds for three years, why not getting my hair done here instead of going back home in Italy and buy the ticket only because of my hair.
I asked for the best hierarchy service in color and a senior stylist for the cut.
The guy who had to colour my hair, I showed him my pictures -6 years having the same colour, so not impossible to do-. In spite of this, he very kindly asked me to get in touch with my hairdresser back home so we could have an idea of the tones and colours mixed. I contacted my hair dresser and was provided all the information.
The result was a disaster: two times bleach/ home is only once. Next, he added a tone and the result was yellow ..
The hair styler instead approached me with alternative but really non-sense. Nevertheless my hair was not blonde, but ash and violet.
The cut was nice. I paid £147 (when home is €90). However, I understand that different country, different standards, different prices.
And gave £10 tip to the guy who cut my hair, just because he tried to do sth and in his capacity the impossible with the colour too- to repair what the other before him did. I appreciated this!
The other who coloured my hair at the end was justifying himself... They are nice and kind staff, no complaints about it.
Nonetheless, a client does not go there to pay £147 for the kindness service but for a hair service.

I had booked in for an Hollywood wax with the therapist Louise. I felt a little nervous due to having previous bad waxing experience in the Leeds centre. Louise explained she had many years of experience as an intimate waxer and put me straight at ease. The treatment was fast and relatively painless I would highly recommend her to others. The full treatment took no longer than 15mins. Thanks you Louise, see soon for my next wax. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. The salon was lovely, light, bright, clean & all the staff are very friendly. It's the place to be in Leeds. I have also booked in for my cut & colour next week as I loved the 1st impression that came across.

I always go to Nikki - she listens and gives you the haircut that you want to a sublime standard. Technically fantastic, a wonderful person and provides an brilliant all round service - I highly recommended.

I have been coming to Renaissance since it opened, following Lindsay the salon owner here. The standards and attention to detail are high, products and ideas are both kept fresh and they aim to please. Central Leeds, 5mins from the station Renaissance is a high class establishment without ridiculous prices.

Staff very friendly and professional. Haircut is always to an excellent standard. I work just outside of Leeds and the salon is always able to provide evening appointments which is great. They provide loyalty deals which is another bonus.

I have been going to Renaissance since it opened and have never left feeling disappointed. The service is great (you even got offered a glass of wine or a beer!) and you really feel like they listen to what you want. I usually get mine done with Lynsey, the salon owner, having previously followed her from another salon - I won't go anywhere else now. Highly recommended, and they have great deals for students.

New to Leeds and needed a haircut after work - Renaissance was perfect as open late and the result was fantastic. Spent time to understand what style I wanted and got it spot on. Highly recommended.

Being the androgynous type and always looking for the better things in life I was happy to bump into a hairdresser by the name of Nikki Jackson. She has been changing, cutting, styling and commenting on my hair every third Friday for the last 3 years and been coming to Renaissance since opening in October. Great salon, great staff and a place where I enjoy going where previously I found having my hair cut a ball ache and dread the end result! Massive thumbs up to Nikki and Renaissance where I WILL be having my ears lowered for many years to come. Thank you!

After months of looking around for someone who could cut my hair to me satisfaction I stumbled across Renaissance Hair & Beauty and more importantly Nikki Jackson.
Every member of staff is welcoming and friendly.
My hair is thick and has a mind of its own and needs a circus master on most days to tame it and keep it in any shape – after what was a very friendly consultation with Nikki I let her loose on my mane and after talking me through what she felt was best suited to me off she wend clipping trimming and cropping, she asked throughout if I was alright with short clipped sides longer on top and other various clips and trims she was doing. After letting her work her creative magic on my wild hair I was more than delighted with the result. The real test as with any hair cut is when you are at home and have washed and have to style yourself, well to my delight the first time in years my wild hair is in control I now return every 4-5 weeks. I strongly recommend Nikki Jackson.

It was my first ever visit to Renaissance and I will definately go again, I went in with a horrible ginger brassy hair colour with near enough blonde roots it was a total disaster! I was wanting blonde hair.

Lindsay at Renaissance spent so much time on my hair to get me the colour I wanted and once it was finished it was beautiful I was so happy!

The service was fantastic and friendly, the value for money was worth it, I was in the hairdressers for nearly 4 hours so a lot of time and effort was put into my hair. The result was perfect, the cleanliness of the salon was spectacular and the atmosphere was nice.

I would definately recommend Renaissance to friends and family and will definately go again.
