Popped into the salon on the off chance there might be an appointment, was told to come back which I did, walked into the salon feeling pretty rubbish but and hour spent chatting, head massage and a wonderful cut I came out feeling like my mood had been well and truly lifted thank you x

Emily does a good shampoo and head massage and is very friendly/chatty and cuts my hair exactly how I have asked.

I have been using shellie for a good few months now she's a lovely lady very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for her she makes you feel so welcome definitely would recommend her.

Dropped in after reading other people's reviews on Google, it said Dawn was the best person for curly hair and you know what they weren't wrong. Dawn was wonderful from the consultation, to washing, cutting and finish. My visit was definitely worth it, Dawn did a fabulous job on my cury hair, I really love the way it looks. I used to go to Vidal Sassoon, but unfortunately it's closed. Heard some of the staff are here at Regis. So if you want superb service come here, and I definitely recommend Dawn, her personality shines, she makes you feel a million dollars!!

I used to hate my hair as it is very thick and corse. There is also a lot of it.
I use this salon and I’m sorry I can never remember names but all of the are very good at getting my hair so that I can manage it.
Now I love my hair

Dawn did a great job with my hair and really took care of me as I had a painful back. I will be back the next time I am in Leeds. Just here for the weekend so felt lucky to get an appt.

I was a walk in and although they couldnt do anything there and then i was offered an appointment 45 mins later. I was welcomed by Shellie and as i hadnt had a cut ( apart from a bodged home trim ) for at least 3 yrs my hair was a long mess....I walked out with hair about 3/4inches shorter and it felt a whole lot lighter. I was even complemented on my natural hair colouring. Wonderful service and I will certainly be a regular customer from now on.

Dawn is a first class hairdresser & stylist, in addition, Dawn has excellent customer care skills, she always puts client at ease and makes clients feel so welcome and for me personally, I think a visit to a stylist of her class is always special.

He is very professional and very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing . I haven’t been able to get my hair done for a long time after the baby and my hair was a total mess. With Alfie’ s expertise Im having my hair back looking all beautiful and shiny . I cannot thank him and recommend him enough . I don’t think I would ever go to any one else hereafter. Excellent service today I love the end result and enjoyed being in the salon. I was asked lots of questions to ensure the end result was exactly what I wanted.. and my next appointment is booked! Whilst sitting there it was clear all clients were enjoying their visit and leaving really happy.

Alfie was amazing as always. He took time to discuss what I wanted and the end result was even better than I expected.

I stopped by on the off chance and was warmly greeted by a gentleman who immediately went to see if they could accommodate me. I got a last minute appointment with Dawn for her final cut of the day. Dawn paid close attention to my brief and delivered to the brief. Dawn is clearly a very experienced hairdresser (having worked at Regis for many years) and has such a lovely approach and great customer service. I'm really pleased with the result and great experience.

Dawn is the cutest and the loveliest person I met. I don't remember someone else making me feel this good and special.
Asking if I was okay throught the waiting times, offering me beverages and making sure I was sat comfortably at all times.

She turned my dark hair into stunning blond money piece, treating the hair, leaving it super soft and pleasant to touch.
