Staff were friendly and very professional.

Abi and Lucy were truely amazing with there service very friendly.

I had Lucy give me a full head of highlights and I cant fault her. She welcomed me with a smile and listen to what I exactly wanted so I could get the best out of the appointment. She got me regular teas and overall I was so happy with the outcome of my hair. I also could not complain with the price

The stylist was super attentive and really listened to what I wanted, explained everything so well. An overall lovely experience will definitely be returning!

Use this salon with caution. It all started out great, but unfortunately, I have had one too many bad experiences not to speak out. Most recently, I have had both my head and neck quite seriously burnt by a keratin smoothing solution, as they failed to properly tie up my hair so that the solution was left right next to the skin for a hour. The reaction of the salon-owner when I told her about it rather than offer any apologies or advice as to how to deal with it, was simply to say that they wouldn't welcome me in the salon again as it was too risky that I'd have a bad reaction again!! Given that this is the last in a long line of issues, including the manager of the salon cutting very odd layers into my hair which were the opposite of what I'd asked for, charging me £28(!) to blow dry my hair on top of paying to have it coloured and cutting it very short and colouring it almost black, when I'd said I wanted to grow it and retain the lighter colour it had faded to, this works fine for me.

I was so lucky to have Architect recommended to me when I moved to Leeds five years ago. In addition to the consistently brilliant cutting, colouring and styling by Louise, the whole salon experience is something you have got to try for yourself. From the friendly (and genuine) chatter to the blissful head massages, every visit feels like indulgent 'me time' that I look forward to so much. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I've always had fine hair and obsessed a lot over it, I wore extensions of every kind in my hair for 4 years trying to hide what I thought I couldn't live with until I met Louise at Architect. We had an hours consultation free of charge where I was able to explain my issues with my hair to Louise explaining all my worries about my hair and how unhappy I'd always felt with it. Well this lady changed my mind set and for the first time in 10 years I walked out of her salon (extension free) and felt fabulous. The colour the cutt everything was just perfect. Visiting salons is usually full of anxiety for me until I came to Architect where the calm friendly atmosphere put me at complete ease and my hair was in Louise's hands and she worked a miracle! That day you gained a lifelong customer. I recommend Architect to any woman looking for a new experience. Cant wait for my next appt.

I've never been a massive fan of going to get my hair cut - the idea of having to talk to someone I have nothing in common with just doesn't appeal to me, but since I started going to Architect I have actually enjoyed going to the hairdressers. They have such a relaxed atmosphere in the salon and they will sit and listen to me try and explain what I want doing with my hair - and they always get it spot on.
Louise is always so welcoming and makes a point of giving a friendly hello, I hate walking into a salon and made to feel like I'm not welcome so this is a real plus for me.
Emma, the stylist I use, is just lovely - we can always have a good chat and a giggle and she does amazing things with my hair.
All round top marks for a great service with a very friendly atmosphere.

I travel a bit for work but this is the salon which always look after my colour and they know exactly how to keep it updated and fresh looking. Spending time here feels lik.e being with a great bunch of friends and their bridal work is stunning. A friendly talented team who understand just what you need - who could ask for more

I've literally to been to 20 different hair salons in Leeds since my arrival 5 years ago as a student. The sheer quantity tried and tested clearly shows that I wasn't altogether impressed... up until now!
A friend recommended I tried Architect and now I'm completely sold. I literally won't go anyway else.
Unlike a lot of salons, the staff were super friendly, involving me in their conversation and making me feel at home. I also enjoyed several cups of Earl Grey tea and a peruse of the latest Instyle and Vogue magazine whilst I was there. I just sat there, chilled out, chatted and let them do their thing!
The result was fantastic - a beautiful rich colour and a great cut. Both of which look as good today as when they were done a month ago.
I highly recommend Architect to anyone!
